Showed up within the time slot. Alex was very polite and explained everything clearly. Work completed in about an hour as stated. Electronic work orders makes it very convenient. Well done.

Furnace not working on Thanksgiving Monday. Called AtlasCare in the late morning. Service man responded within 30 min and gave an appointment time in late afternoon. He arrived late afternoon as scheduled. Work completed within 30 minutes.

Great winter tune up work on our furnace by Alex B! He was thorough and diligent. He arrived on time and carried out all the necessary work. We would definitely have him back to do maintenance in the future.

We had a new furnace and A/C installed one year ago. Today was the regular pre-winter furnace tune-up. Alex B. came to check the furnace, change the filter and put a new pad in the humidifier. He arrived during the two hour time window that was given, was polite and kept me informed about the work that he was doing.

Chris was the technician performing my Annual Furnace Maintenance. He did a great job! He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. He also advised me of other services Atlas Care can take care of...i.e gas fireplace maintenance, duct cleaning etc. I was a very satisfied customer.

The technician, Ryan was professional, on time and gave me an excellent overview of what to do to keep my furnace and humidifier in order. Alex B. came to make the annual maintenance service for the furnace, he was very professional and answered all my concerns about that old furnace of mine and changed the air filter. With pleasant manner he walked me into future options when I have to replace the furnace. Very good service. Tky

Eric came by for annual furnace maintenance. He was courteous, thorough, friendly, and will definitely ask to have him back if and when my furnace needs anything done. Couldn't be happier.

My service technician, Eric, is cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Over the several years he has been maintaining my furnace and air conditioner, we have become firm friends. I always learn something new from him.
