Repair or maintain heating system: No problem - regular maintanance...
My tankless gas water heater by Navien (N-180) was working fine, but had not been serviced in a long time. AtlasCare was fast to respond to my query, and extremely responsive in setting up an appointment at a time that worked for me. The tech arrived early in the window provided. He was courteous and respectful of my space, and got right to work. He did a full cleaning and flushing of the unit, and a thorough inspection. He finished the job in just over an hour, and the bill was as quoted. He emailed me a written report with my invoice copy. Perfect service experience. Will definitely use this company again!

Repair or maintain airconditioning: Split, Centralized; 1 unit
I had two visits from AtlasCare to fix my damaged Power Extender kit for my Ecobee. The first visit was for diagnosing the issue, and the second one was to install the new kit that I ordered. In total, I had to pay $415 to replace the kit, which costs about $35 on Amazon, that I had to order myself after the first visit. I was even asked to pay more since the second technician told me that it wasn't standard wiring and he had to go upstairs to figure out how things were connected. The problem is that it was the first technician who disconnected the kit without noting down the wiring or telling me about it. He even told me that I could install the new one myself as it's pretty easy, but that required the second technician to spend a lot of time figuring it out, it apparently wasn't easy at all. Regardless of this issue, paying $415 for replacing a $35 kit that AtlasCare didn't even supply themselves is very expensive.

Install or replace radiators: Move existing radiator; 1 radiator
They were absolute professionals and were one of the few companies that were able to complete the job. Andre and Tenzin were great. They removed two large cast iron pipes from our radiators and capped them off nicely. I would work with them again.

Install or replace water supply and drainage: Move pipelines system...
I hired AtlasCare to rough in a 3 peice bath in my unfinshed basement. An advisor contacted me shortly after posting the job and was scheduled for a consultation very soon after.. the advisor(?) That came to evaluate the scope of work was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was very upfront about scope and ensured he understood what I wanted. The technicians came to do the work along with the advisor that came to quote me initially which I found to be a great way to ensure that everyone was on the same page, the technician, the advisor and myself. They on time and were very professional throughout their time In my home. They were able to explain the process to me to ensure I understood what was happening and kept me informed of any unexpected hiccups. The work was completed within the specified time frame that had been initially discussed. I would consider hiring atlascare again for future projects.

Install or repair faucets: Repair faucets; 1 faucet
The initial assessment had me leaning to an upgrade to the shower mixer but once the actual plumber that was to do the job came it became obvious that it would require tile removal. As a result I was willing to wait till a replacement cartridge for the old mixer could be sourced. The plumber that did the actual work was excellent and I am happy with the results. I would use them again.

Repair or maintain boiler: Maintenance; Gas boiler
I found the response time and communication really frustrating. It took AtlasCare three weeks to get back to me about replacing an igniter, only to find out they don’t work with my boiler’s make and model. I didn’t get a call back until I cancelled my monthly subscription. I would suggest that if you plan to use AtlasCare, make sure you ask if they carry parts and specialize in your specific make/model, otherwise you are not going to have hot water for a while.

Job was done well and the quote was given in person with no need to promise that I would hire their service. This was great and made me more inclined to go ahead and hire them.
