    HEAT PUMP, FURNACE AND HOT WATER TANK

    Our 20 yr old oil furnace and oil fired hot water tank needed replacing. On the advice of AtlasCare, we converted to a Lennox propane furnace as back up to a Lennox heat pump. John and Mark were very professional with the removal and installation of the new equipment. They rolled out their red carpets and left our home clean and tidy. Our new hot water tank is a Rheem Marathon. John fully explained the new Ecobee3 thermostat to my wife and when they finished our home was warm and comfortable.

    Duct Cleaning

    Alex, Travis and Deshaun were polite, efficient and explained how duct cleaning works and the steps they were going to take. They provided before and after pictures. I'm impressed with Atlas' overall service, and would definitely book them again in the future.

    New Furnace

    I am changing my review as the furnace has failed. Atlas provided us with a furnace and air conditioner, both of which lasted only as long as the warranty expiry. I no longer trust AtlasCare with my HVAC needs.

    Furnace & AC Unit Replacement

    Last weekend, my wife emailed me that the furnace had stopped working. When I returned home Sunday evening I checked a few possible problems that I knew of but then had to call the Atlas repair people. As my 23 year old Carrier furnace and AC unit had been installed by Atlas originally, I have used them for the occasional issue through the years as well as checkups. The repairman arrived promptly that evening and after checking the furnace out pronounced the heat exchanger had cracked and the main circuit board was not working properly. So, time for a new furnace. Matthew, the Atlas sales person arrived promptly at our agreed time. He proceeded to explain the differences and pricing of the furnace brands the company had available. I chose a York 2-stage furnace. Upon further consideration I also decided to replace my AC unit which was the same age, even though I'd had zero issues through the years with it. I chose a York 2-stage AC unit as well. I also replaced my thermostat with an Ecobee 3 wi-fi unit which works with Apple home kit, something I was interested in trying out. As an aside, I also was required to have the combined chimney flue for the old furnace and our gas water heater replaced with a smaller size as the new furnace would be vented out the side of the house, not up the chimney. Tuesday morning, the crew arrived with my new equipment. From arrival to departure, the crew was most courteous and efficient. They answered all my questions and checked with me on placement of pipes and wiring, thermostat, etc. They cleaned up properly and took away the old parts. So, from diagnosis to complete new operating system, the time involved was less than 48 hours. I'm impressed with the service and I'm impressed with the new furnace already. Well done, Atlas!

    Duct cleaning

    I was very pleased with the service I received from AtlasCare, from the original phone calls with Marlene to set up the many appointments that I unfortunately had to change, to the excellent and friendly service from Deshawn and Alex. Great job!

    furnace check up, filter replacement and duct cleaning

    tech care arrived on time and explained to me what was need to be done to have the furnace working to its best ability. the second crew was to clean ducts and disinfect them.Alex and DeShaun were professional .I was trying to change the remote code for my garage door and asked the two young men if they knew how to reprogram these things,DeShuan immediately took over the situation and did not give up till it was done effectively.These two young men took time out of their schedule to help someone who needed some assistance and instruction. the work executed by these two men was done with no mess and no stress at all.But to stay to continue to trouble shoot so I would have a door shut for safety made me so thankful to have asked and even more thankful they are the type of professional who can offer help because they a smart , unto date with technology and ready to help when needed.DeShaun was extremely polite and a pleasure to speak with.i can know feel secure knowing my furnace is not going to break down and that my garage door is not going to letting people in who should not be getting in.     Furnace Emergency Replacement

    February 2016. While in France on a ski trip I received a text from my wife that we had no heat. Our service provider, AtlasCare was on site within two hours. Diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger. Our options were to either do a major repair on an old furnace or replace it with a new furnace. We made the decision to replace it and the new furnace was installed the next day. We bundled a new A/C in the deal as the existing one was 20 years old. A big thank you to the entire AtlasCare team. Response time, professionalism and competitive pricing even in an emergency situation. Nice to pick up the rebates from Lennox and Hydro as well.

    Efficient, Friendlt and Professional

    Have used Atlas for my duct cleaning and furnace tune up for about 10 years now, since moving back to Toronto. Alex, Garrett and Anthony were professional to the end for the duct cleaning service provided. Perosnally, I recommend a regular duct cleaning to all (every 3-5 years and definitately after a reno). The thought that "something large" was extracted from our ducts makes me wonder what got down in there, but glad I had it cleaned. Whether or not it is just a mental perception, the feels "cleaner".

    Duct Cleaning & Recurring Service

    Anthony & Deshawn (for a duct cleaning) were on-time, were VERY respectful of our home, inside and out (mats, booties, clean-up, etc), and were most professional and courteous - noticeably above and beyond most other service providers. They were very thorough, nothing was "rushed to move on the next job", and they were excellent representatives of Atlas Care with whom we have had a service plan for several years (and have always received a similar level of courteous, respectful, professional service).

    Furnace/Duct cleaning

    I would encourage anyone who needed their ducts cleaned to Atlas Care. They were exemplary. From start to finish they were efficient, hardworking and courteous. They spent the time to explain the process and benefits. I had Anthony, Alex and Travis and they were all amazing. they were respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, made sure my tile was covered to protect floor from the giant hose they used to vacuum the duct work. As a bonus they checked my dryer vent and discovered tons of dryer lint. I was very relieved to have that cleaned out as well, as it is a great fire hazard. Also I would like to thank Laura Katherine for booking my appointment. There are so many companies out there to be wary of and so I am glad that I found a company I can now recommend to my family and friends without concern. I especially appreciate how this company supports Community living Burlington with donations, a very dear to my heart organisation.
