Quinton was punctual, very polite and efficient. He reviewed with the client what the service included and as he finished one area of the inspection he would explain the outcome. I had a dog and he even had dog treats for him. Great job!

Eric was personable, professional, efficiency, and had a great sense of humour. He went above and beyond the regular service call - walking me through exactly what he did and offering a plan of action for the next service call.

Atlas Care (Quinton) provided quick, informative and courteous service. We are part of the Atlas Care plan and would recommend it to anyone with an older furnace and air conditioner.

Had a client call over the weekend re: furnace leak - placed a call into Atlas first thing Monday morning and within no time I had a confirmation call back saying Gurmeet to the rescue! not only is Gurmeet polite and friendly he is an expert at his job and knows his stuff. The leak was located and rectified all within the same visit. I always feel at ease and confident when Gurmeet is on the scene.

Gurmeet Mann provided the usual excellent level of service given by Atlas Care; he even explained a second furnace filter was not covered under our monthly maintenance contract, and costs of an additional filter ($89.00+/-)

Alex and Andrew arrived at the scheduled time and worked well as a team to clean the ducts. They were polite, knowledgeable and did a professional job for the quoted price.
