I contracted with AtlasCare to install a new Hi Efficiency furnace and A/C and was extremely pleased with the entire process. I first met with Nickeel, their Home Comfort Specialist who arrived at my son's home on time as scheduled. He proceeded to assess the current setup and requirements of the home. Nickeel answered all my questions and concerns and continued to do so over the next number of days until we reached an agreement as to what systems would be required and how the installation would proceed. Nickeel was always there to help and provide information and was there the morning of installation to ensure everything was addressed. On the day of installation, the team of James S., Dave D. And Dave R. arrived on time and began the installation. There was a concern about venting that was quickly assessed and with the help of this team a decision was made that worked out amazingly. Their explanations and willingness to work with the customer was very professional and eliminated any concerns that I may have had about the process. Such knowledgable technicians who went way beyond to ensure all the systems were working properly. They also balanced the airflow throughout the home bringing it to a higher level than what was there previously. Truly amazing service levels. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

When AirCalm was acquired by AtlasCare in 2013 we were apprehensive having enjoyed excellent service for many years. We needn't have worried. They and their staff are first rate. Our service rep Jeff is a pro; he is knowledgeable, friendly thorough and supportive. Last summer when the A/C leaked coolant their technician Adam found the source of the leak immediately and the team replaced the evaporator the next week - all very professional. AtlasCare just finished replacing our old furnace - McLeod & Teddy did an outstanding job; capable, fast, clean & thorough. They gave us a full briefing and made sure it was working perfectly before they left. AtlasCare have never let us down or disappointed us with the speed and quality of their service. We know we can rely on them to do their best for us.

I have used Atlas Care to put a space pac in three of my houses. So for about 25 years. They maintain both my air conditioning system in the spring and my furnace in the fall. They give great friendly service and explain things to me very well. I trust them and would always recommend them to anyone with confidence.

Alex and Andrew arrived on schedule and were extremely nice and personable. They put down protector carpets to protect my floors as well as "booties" to cover their shoes. They did a very thorough job and answered any questions that I had. They were very professional and really knew their stuff. I've used AtlasCare for my furnace and AC servicing and have always been satisfied. This was the first time that I used them for duct cleaning and I highly recommend them. Alex and Andrew came to our home, they arrived ahead of schedule quickly assessed the work to be done and got right to it. They protected all affected areas and worked as a team to complete the job. They were personable and knowledgable. They answered and asked questions in a professional manner. Yes, I guess that is why they call them the A-Team.

All work and services are always performed in A1 fashion. The staff - from those who do the work in our home to those I speak with via phone or email - are courteous and knowledgeable about their products can meet my needs. I appreciate the "red carpet and booties" treatment! Their service is great, even when it was needed on a weekend!

Alex, Andrew and Dave arrived promptly and immediately began to set up for the cleaning while explaining fully what would take place during their time in my home. Dave reviewed the dryer venting and gave me suggestions to address future concerns. The team was respectful of the interior of my home: placing carpet protectors over all flooring and taking care when removing vents etc.. During the cleaning procedure they asked me numerous times if I had any questions or if I wanted more information about the process. After they finished I was shown a picture of before and after of the interior of the cold air duct. I would highly recommend this team to any friends or family if they required this service or any other HVAC service. I have been a satisfied customer of this company for over 25 years.

Atlas installed a new air conditioner as the old unit was leaking coolant. Weather hampered the 2-day job but it was completed as scheduled. The technicians answered my questions and took care to minimize any mess and clean up after their work. Rudy explained the options and helped us select the replacement system. Other than having to wait for warmer weather to fully charge the system, all went well. Atlas always takes care in the work they do, at least that has been my experience to date.

It was a very positive experience dealing with AtlasCare. My son's newly purchased house located in the Riverdale area of Toronto required duct cleaning, and it was very important to us that the company we chose did a good job. Alex and Andrew arrived on time as scheduled and immediately I knew that I would be in good hands. They both were very professional, explained the whole process and answered all of our questions and concerns. Great care was taken to protect all areas within the house before, during and after the service. Pictures were taken of the areas done before and after the cleaning and sent to me immediately by email. Truly amazing! We needed a cleaning in the worst way and the after pics truly showed how effective this work had been. I will be scheduling them for my own home in Mississauga in the near future. Fine young men with a great sense of customer satisfaction. A very good company to work with and worth the cost!
