I had my ducts cleaned by Andrew and Garrett last week. They were extremely professional and efficient. I have a cream carpet in my basement and they assured me that they would take precautions so that the carpet would not be soiled. True to their word, the job was completed and the carpet was still in great shape. The service that they provided was excellent, well priced and they arrived during the scheduled window. I would highly recommend this company for all of your furnace needs. On another note, my child had a post nasal drip for the past several months and I feel that this allergy is better since we cleaned the ducts. The air quality is MUCH better now. For the past 25 years our furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner have been purchases and serviced by Atlas Care. We have all products under the AtlasCare annual maintenance/service program. The service/maintenance personnel have always been professional, friendly and informative as have the office personnel. Recently there was a concern with water near the furnace just as the after hours service started. The response from the after-hours service personnel was exceptional. Eric was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and which allowed us to restart the furnace (in minus weather this was welcomed) and explained that out an other out of heat call would take priority but that he would be with us as soon as able. He called to provide ETA and arrived within 10 minutes of his ETA and resolve the concern going to get a replacement part and installing it all within a very short time frame. We will continue to be a committed Atlas Care client for many years to come. Thank you AtlasCare we appreciate your dedication to service.

I've been an Atlas Care customer for over 23 years and their service and expertise continues to improve with every transaction and every service visit. With an older non-efficient furnace, becoming educated on the importance of a high-efficiency, energy saving furnace was only the beginning and their sales rep, Jeff Maund, took the time to thoroughly explain the essentials. Today, the furnace was installed by an excellent team of tech guys- McCloud, James and Nick were top notch. Clean, neat, tidy, professional, courteous and nicely personable. The management team at Atlas Care understand customer service to the extent that they have to be the very top in their industry. Atlas came promptly within a couple of hours from initially calling to inspect our furnace that was not working. Technician Eric did a work around to get us heat and then ordered part. Was professional and courteous.

I had a young man named Alex come to my home from AtlasCare to clean the ducts. He called ahead, introduced himself and gave me an accurate ETA. When he arrived he came in to explain the whole process and answered all my questions I had. He rolled out mats to keep my floors safe, he offered heat to keep the house warm and always wore his boot covers in the house. He was very professional, polite, efficient and hard working. When the job was completed, he again thoroughly explained the whole process of what was done. I was referred by Nimo to AtlasCare and this was my first experience with the company, and I must say, I was very impressed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the technician and AtlasCare. I would highly recommend the company and would encourage you to make the request for Alex. Great Service! Thank You!

Our experience started with a call to Steve when our furnace went out in the middle of the night. He was quick to get a technician to our home in a swift and timely manner. Upon discovery that it would cost more to repair then to replace, Dave came to our house for a very personalized detailed appointment. He was very through in our choices and what the pro's and con's of each choice would be. He was very patient and attentive as we asked our questions, which enabled us to make an informed and comfortable decision. Our positive experience continued with a new furnace being installed the very next morning in the middle of a cold snap while demand was in full swing by two very cool and amazing technicians James and Nicu. These two were on time, very mindful of our house, carpets, always taking their shoes off, very polite, and task oriented. They worked steadily and professionally through a very cold morning inside the house and out to ensure that my family had heat that afternoon. From start to finish the crew at Atlas was amazing. When we needed them to be there, they didn't let us down. Thank you to everyone involved. You made what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive transition.

I called AtlasCare to clean my boiler after reading about them in the press. They were excellent, and gave me sound advice on some issues with the furnace. They subsequently installed a new boiler and have been doing the annual maintenance since installation. They are professional, experts, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. They are the only company I will use now for boiler and heating.

Alex and Jordan were very professional and pleasant. They took the time to ensure that we were warm during the work by providing a heater on this cold day. They wore "overshoes"and put down a runner to protect our carpet. All registers and the dryer vent were cleaned and our home was left as it was before they arrived. Work completed in about 2 hours. Alex and Jordan are a good team.

Yesterday, Jordan and Alex came from Atlas Care to my house to do duct cleaning and a Dryer vent cleaning. They were courteous, polite and presentable. They explained what they were going to do, they cleaned up as they went along, and put furniture back where necessary. They were professional throughout the whole process.

nothing worse than waking up at 5am to a freezing house and broken furnace. I googled 24-hr furnace services, found Atlas and checked them out here. A technician showed (Binyam) showed up in an hour and fixed the issue shortly thereafter. He was very professional, reviewed and explained the issue, and ensured i was clear on any costs before proceeding
