We have used AtlasCare for many years for our furnace maintenance; and have been very happy with them. We asked them to replace our air conditioner. The installers (Dave D, Dave R and Mike H) arrived when they were supposed to. They put down carpet runners on areas they were going to travel through. The improved how the A/C unit was connected; and took care to ensure all of the old components were safely removed. High quality of workmanship. Very professional. Everything I wish all companies were like. Andre.

For a number of years, we have used AtlasCare to perform regular maintenance on our heating and cooling equipment. As result of their good work, we looked to them to install a new furnace and air conditioner for us. About a week ago, the AtlasCare installation crew came. Mike, James and Nick did a great job! They were friendly and polite and conscientiously went about their task with care and professionalism. When they left they were careful to clean up and leave the work area tidy. Subsequently, after living with the new system for a few days, we called Atlascare to ask if the system could be adjusted to run a little quieter. Al, one of their senior technicians, came around. He did a bit of fine tuning and was able to very noticeably quiet the operation down. …We’re glad we chose AtlasCare and look forward to their ongoing maintenance of our new furnace and air conditioner for years to come. Eric from Atlas Care was in today to service my air conditioning. He was polite and professional and had helpful advice to properly care and maintain my air conditioning unit.

James and Ryan were very professional.They arrived on time, and made sure we were aware of exactly what they were doing and why. There was absolutely nothing to clean up after their departure. Excellent!

I'm so glad I signed up for the Atlascare plan. I pay a small amount every month for a yearly inspection of my furnace and A/C. Yesterday was A/C day and Eric did a super job cleaning everything out and getting it ready for when the weather warms up. He found a tiny leak that will be repaired at no extra charge to me. Atlas has me covered!

Finding reputable duct cleaning is not so easy - and the barrage of telemarketing does not help. AtlasCare was recommended to me and Binyam and Alex did a really wonderful job. They were polite, punctual, thorough...completely professional in big and small ways. I LOVE the fact that the Supervisor came by to ensure things were going well. I would highly recommend AtlasCare to anyone looking for this service. One of the most professional companies I've come across (and I deal with a lot of companies!)

The heating and cooling contractor I have been using for the last 25 years has retired and I needed to find someone who could not only service my equipment (furnace, air conditioner, electronic air cleaner and humidifier) from a preventative maintenance perspective but offer an emergency service plan as well. I had heard about AtlasCare on CFRB's Home Improvement Show so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. Service was provided in a very timely manner. The technician, Eric, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the problem of a plugged drain in my humidifier and fixed it.He then went a step further to upgrade the drainage flow so it would not happen again. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. We have already recommended AtlasCare and Eric to one of our friends and will not hesitate to do so with other friends.

Our a/c unit died at the end of the summer last year, so we needed a new unit this spring. Jeff (sales) was great, he walked us through all of the options and was extremely thorough. The two installers that came were friendly, clean and did a fabulous job. We would definitely recommend Atlas to our friends and neighbours!

Very simply: you get what you pay for. We've had our ducts cleaned in the past, but NEVER like this. Absolutely thorough, clean, and professional work by the two young fellows that teamed up on this, Alex & Binyam. Reinforces my feelings about AtlasCare - THE best home-environment maintenance folks in the business.
