I used AtlasCare service for over 10 years mostly for furnace maintenance. On April 9th, 2014, Gary Johnson and Nick same to install a new high efficiency furnace, type York and an Air Filtration System. As usual with AtlasCare, I was pleased by the service and the profesionalism of their staff. Everything was done according to the contract, on time without any fuss. Good work guys!

I have been a customer of Atlascare for approximately 16 years. I have replaced my furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and air cleaner in my current home during that time and use their services for regular maintenance and all home heating and cooling issues. I recently experienced a furnace breakdown on a surprisingly cold March weekend and had occasion to use their emergency service. The response time was quick as promised and although the sourcing of the part had to wait until Monday morning, a delay beyond their control, Chris Jakobson was amazing and coordinated receipt of the part and a service call to my home as quickly as was humanly possible and with minimal upheaval to me. I was not able to be home when their representative arrived (I can’t say enough good things about the knowledgeable Al Caruk) and they took charge of coordinating with my neighbour to complete the repair on an urgent basis. In addition they were very fair in addressing a concern I had about my service contract under which the replacement part was covered. You can’t ask for more than a responsive team at a company that clearly cares about its reputation. And that is why I will continue to be a loyal Atlascare customer.

AtlasCare is the best in the business. Eric C. came for the annual air conditioning tune-up/inspection today. He is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, as are all of the Atlas technicians I have experienced in the past. Atlas is always on time, honest and well worth the reasonable price they charge. I highly recommend their services.

very pleased with the service. Chris W and Eric C were polite, cleaned all the ducts,(heating and cold air returns), cleaned up upon completion, and changed the filter in the furnace. Closed and re taped all access points. I would highly recommend this company.

I had to replace old air conditioners and furnaces, and I chose AtlasCare because of excellent service they provided over many years. I was able to choose the installation date that suited me, and a four man crew (McCloud, James, Chris and John) showed up as promised. They covered the floor completely with mats, installed all four units in two days, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and reviewed the operation with me. They were knowledgeable, diligent, customer service oriented. The installation completely matched the salesman's proposal. I am totally satisfied and definitely recommend them.

Nimo Mansouri serviced our furnace on a cold Saturday afternoon. He was prompt and courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts were replaced quickly. The problem turned out to be a problem with a malfunctioning pump, which was out of warranty. Nimo recommended an extended warranty plan to avoid problems such as this in the future. I have used Atlascare for every HVAC service and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

The furnace was not working, we reported that fact to Atlas, and it took 5 hours for the service man to arrive. Nimo was very efficient and polite. He found a possible problem which he rectified. There was no charge as we have a service contract. The furnace now appears to be working, so far so good, and thank you Nimo.

From the first phone call to AtlasCare, the service was amazing...they helped me immediately and were extremely polite. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks for all your help Nimo and Jeff!

Excellent service from my initial call to book an appointment, through two visits for service. Chris was polite and knowledgeable, and did a great job getting our furnace fixed up. Costs were exactly as quoted. Absolutely no hesitation recommending AtlasCare.

Friendly,respectful and courteous. They were thorough, efficient and professional. They also cleaned the furnace and changed my filter. We could feel the house was cleaner after this was done. This company was never pushy about getting my business. A very pleasant experience!!
