AtlasCare technicians did a repair and complete tune up for my furnace. Repair would be expensive because high price of the replaced part but I’ve received offer from technician to sign up a contract for maintenance. This way I’ve saved lots of money on repair (called Sunday morning, fixed same day) and got free tune up. Both performances were very professional and excellent. Technicians are very skilled and extremely friendly. Thanks Steve for repair and Eric for tune up. I’ll recommend AtlasCare to everyone.

Nimo Mansouri of Atlas Care appeared at my door. He was respectful, helpful and lovely to deal with. He cleaned my furnace, we chatted about gas prices, etc. He was only here about 20 minutes and gave me great advice about my mom's furnace. He also said my house was immaculate. Brownie points for him!

Have used Atlas in 3 different homes we have owned over the years and they have always been reliable, trustworthy and courteous. This time we needed a new furnace urgently - Nickeel was a pleasure to deal with and recommended the appropriate units and his installers were great guys - Dave D and Nick K arrived as promised, were tidy, explained what they needed to do and worked diligently to get the new system installed. Will continue to only use Atlas in the future.

Our humidifier stopped working and AtlasCare came today to repair and get it working. The technician Christ was excellent, tested it and explained what went wrong; I always want to know what happens when something stops working. The cost was covered by our maintenance contract with the company. I used to complain about the price of the contract but not any more. Atlas was there for us after the basement flood and again now. Excellent service!

Have been using them for 12 years and everything has worked perfectly and if there is an issue they are there very quickly and all is fixed no extras, no hard sell, to upgrade, good advice and courteous service with Nimo Mansouri

We have been using Atlas for a few years. Today, Atlas came to do a furnace check. The technician, Eric, was punctual and very knowledgeable.He stayed for about 40 minutes. He gave a full report of what he had done. I was very pleased with the service received today!!

Approx. 8 1/2 years ago we purchased a furnace and air conditioner through Atlas Care. I have found that all the technicians employed by Atlas Care who have come to perform maintenance checks on my ac and furnace over the years to be quite good, friendly and customer focused. I recently had a problem with my furnace over this past weekend and I had your technician Nimo M. install the new part required today Monday January 27th. I was extremely impressed by his attitude, customer service orientation, technical skills and his friendly nature. We did have heat, but the furnace kept going on off and on. We were very anxious about this issue since we are leaving to go on a long vacation in just a few days. I was extremely impressed at how Nimo M. approached my furnace repair issue today. He did a total diagnostic along with our annual maintenance check and addressed our concerns about our furnace while we will be away. We will be having neighbours check in on a regular basis. He explained the repair process in user friendly terms and gave us tips about furnace filters and told us exactly what are neighbours should check for while we are away. and how they can contact Atlas Care I highly recommend Atlas Care for their products and service and their ability to hire great staff such as Nimo. Thanks again Nimo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our fan motor was making loud noises. The technician (Jeff H.) was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowlegeable and efficient doing the work in a timely manner. Jeff along with his sidekick, Jassy, totally cleaned up after themselves and left the furnace room clean. I am very impressed by them. Thank you guys!
