    Been with Atlas Cars for 22 years

    Have remained a loyal Atlas Care customer for 22 years. I thrust their service, folks are always polite, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions.

    Excellent Customer service

    Always great customer service. Professional, on time, respectful and I appreciate that everyone are actual employees of Atlas. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC, water heaters, maintenance, etc.

    Heating issues

    exceptionally poor service communication and planning

    I booked for an emergency leak on saturday afternoon . Unfortunately I had to reschedule as I could not access the home with the leak in the timeframe they allotted. Called and spoke to a gentleman who rescheduled me to earliest Sunday morning appointment time from 8 am-12. When I called at 11 to ensure that the service call was still on I was informed that it had not been scheduled as the worker had not entered the data. Do not waste your time, communication is key and they don't place importance on this.

    Furnace replacement

    My furnace died on a Friday night and Saturday morning Atlas care was prepared to replace the furnace on Sunday. When Sunday came the team of techs were sick so the manager Neil took it upon himself to make sure I had heat and secured another manager so that they could take care of the aituation. I told them they could wait until mo day but they were determined to make sure I was looked after as promised. came in and replaced my furnace as promised. This service is beyond outstanding !!!! Neil thank you so much!!!

    Quick response

    Made a call to Atlascare because our furnace was shutting off intermittently. They sent a service tech out very quickly and resolve the issue.

    Hot Water tank repair

    Came the same day on a Sunday evening! Which was great because we hadn't had hot water for a couple days. Very reasonable price for house visit, diagnostic and fix. Not too pushy with upselling but knowledgeable and professional - much more likely that I will engage with them to replace the old tank than a pushy sales tactic.

    Great company with great people

    We had a problem with our water heater, which is currently under warranty. The technician who came to the house diagnosed the problem (igniter not working), lit the heater manually so we would have hot water, and will return to install a replacement part. We have been AtlasCare customers for a number of years. On the phone and in person, they are unfailingly pleasant, helpful, and competent. And, their technicians leave their work are tidied up, which hasn't always been our experience in the past.

    Furnace repair

    There had been a malfunctioning valve on our gas furnace and it needed to be replaced. The whole system also needed to be checked to make sure it was OK.
