    Air Cleaner Not Working

    York Electronic Cleaner not working. I called Atlas as they are a York dealer. Service technician friendly, diagnosed problem very quickly and recommended solution. Only disappointement is they cannot supply York filters despite supplying York systems. I don't know if this is a York problem or an Atlas problem.

    Annual furnace maintenance

    My technician was Dag and he was excellent as always. Very professional and always on time. He even checked over my carbon dioxide detectors which happened to need replacing. Excellent service, competitive pricing. Exactly what you want in an HVAC compamy

    Clean out a dryer vent which vented on an angle through the roof

    AtlasCare addressed this challenging problem with thoroughness and professionalism, whereas a previous "clean air ducts 'company'" responding to my initial request re the dryer (a fire hazard) had cleaned the ducts, charged me $400, and left without addressing the original problem. I'm so pleased to have this serious problem solved, and to have professionals such as Ardi and Brandon who proved knowledgeable, polite and diligent, taking care of my home.

    Furnace, aircon, ducting

    Had many quotes for downtown Toronto furnaces. Atlas care were the only people who actually assessed what my home needed instead of just quoting me a new furnace. So I got the to do a whole new heating/cooling system with new duct work as getting a new furnace alone would do nothing for me as al the rest needed more work than the furnace! Atlas did an amazing job and offered amazing service throughout the entire proces(which was really only 2 days long!) and I have received alll paperwork and warranties(which is an amazing 10 years!)I would recommend atlas care to anyone looking for anything a heating/cooling solution.     duct cleaning

    Brandon and Ardi were the Techs who came to do our duct cleaning. They were absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but high praise for all of the people that I have talked to or come in to our home. Thank you, Atlas employees!

    Duct Cleaning

    Great work done by brandon & Kyle. I really notice a difference in my air quality. They work professionally and kept the work area clean. Yhey were prompt arriving at the agreed time.

    Furnace cleaning

    I hired Atlascare for the annual service package and can not believe the quality of service. Daq, a senior technician, educated me on my furnace and with how I can improve efficiency, air quality, reduce noise... the whole works. They take customer service seriously.

    New A/C, furnace and yearly service

    Atlas came recommended by a long time journalist in the Heating, Plumbing and Air Conditioning industry magazine 10 years ago. It has been a pleasure dealing with Atlas all these years getting good value on equipment purchases, installation and regular service. They have looked after my needs in a timely and fair manner every time they have been called on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with heating and air conditioning needs.

    Yearly Maintenance on Furance/Gas Fireplace

    We were very satisfied with Atlascare when we had our fireplace maintained and decided to go with the protection plan. They recommended that we change a part ignition switch as it will need to be repaired soon but not now. When the part come and they came to install they said it was not covered and we would have to pay $250 or they would remove the part. We paid and had to make several phone calls come Monday morning to have this refunded. We lost faith in the ability of Atlascare and decided to end our relationship as we felt not all there technician were qualified.

    furnace upgrade

    I installed a new high-efficiency furnace to take advantage of the grant from government. Both the sales and technical staff are very friendly and honest in comparing several options. The installation was done professionally. very happy with the result
