Jason came to my house and very thoroughly found and explained the problem. He was very pleasant and professional. He what had happened and walked me through potential next steps so we could make an informed decision.

Inspection and replacement of the water heater. Even though the work is still in progress, I would like to give thanks to Mr. Abdel of AtlasCare for his invariably excellent services and integrity as a provider - based on my previous experience and on the current project.

AC stopped working as furnace fan failed. Replacement fan ordered. Replacement covered by annual plan. We’ve been an Atlas customer for 25 .plus years. Always been satisfied with their prompt professional and reliable service. This time was no different.

The worker was very nice and very thorough. He explained everything directly and comprehensively. He cleaned up after himself, disinfected everything as he went along. He kept everything clean and tidy with no mess left behind. It was a very good experience.

Service was good. Team arrived on time, called ahead, organized, personable, friendly. Disappointed that the furnace area was not swept/vacuumed after the work was completed. Ducts needed cleaning after a renovation, so there was debris (nails, particles, fluff) left behind after hoses were removed. More attention to detail was expected. Atlas advertises that technicians vacuum and leave work area clean but did not have that experience. Before and after pics were shown to us after job was completed.

Despite draining and winterizing our home, when turning on the water to the pipe to the faucet on the garage, we quickly realized a leak. After opening up the ceiling in the basement the issue was evident - a cracked copper pipe at the valve to the garage. We called Bosco and were given a great rate to replace the pipes. Within 2 hours a Kavi from Bosco was on site and beginning work. He showed me each step along the way of what he was doing to replace and place the pipes and valve in about an hour. He had replaced the valve on the pipe to the garage along with replacing the main section of copper piping. Just like I had running water again. Great, efficient and awesome service. Great guys knew what they were doing fixed the issue that others could not happy with the service and how well they did they job! Great job guys thanks so much!

From the first call to installation everything was timely and efficient. All my questions were answered from the receptionist to the Estimator, Justin to the installation team. Staff members were focussed, pleasant and efficient. Thank you.

Reinhold did a great job....efficient, good communication, helpful. I don’t have 30 words! I don’t know why it has to be 30 words...words words words words words words words words! Since when was zero not a number! This review system is poor
