Your rep arrived on time and did the job well . Kyle was courteous and a pleasure deal with. He made some useful recommendations which I may implement at some future date.

Air conditioner not working. Unsure if it’s equipment related or previous (other company) technician error. Need a new motherboard. Gotta be done. Part is ordered. Should be fixed early next week. Very good customer service and electronic mail contact. You can tell they are a properly run business.

Last night noticed water dripping from AC through ceiling called Atlas and spoke to Jason who went out of his way to help and greatly appreciate that as he had had a very long day. He came this morning promptly and found the problem. Let’s hope the next tech as helpful and professional

Gary and Steve are Very competent service men. Worked well together and did a very complete installation. Very happy with their work! A credit to their Company!! We have been with Atlas for 22 years and can not say enough about how professional the company is!

My previous excellent experience with AtlasCare for an emergency furnace installation helps counterbalance this disappointing one for a repair to my old, squeaky central air conditioner. The service tech was contemptuous of the job, scoffed that I wasn’t interested in simply buying an entirely new unit, inaccurately assessed the work, pressured me to purchase a service contract, hemmed and hawed about the price (proposing one amount to discourage me from wanting the repair and when I pushed back reducing the estimate by half!), and didn’t come prepared to do the work. After pressing him to do the job for the lower cost, he did so, muttering all the way. It was not impossible despite his insistence that it would be. It was simple, and far less expensive than a new AC would have been. It did not help matters that he griped about having to wear a face mask (Covid), that he did so incorrectly much of the time, and that he tried to launch into a conversation about the “people” who brought the disease to this country. I’ll trust that my earlier experience with AtlasCare was more typical of their professionalism. This one was the pits. AtlasCare in general, I’d give a 5 star review to. This guy no more than a 1.

Free service. Bryan was excellent. A good learning experience. I few minor recommendations that I can perform myself. Quotes will be provided on other service work to ensure no large “pay me later” scenarios.

Atlas was booked for 8-12 am on Monday June 8. I received a reminder notice on Sunday, and a notice Monday morning to say that Alex was on his way and would be there shortly. He arrived about 15 minutes later, and came in with mask, gloves, and booties (over his shoes). All servicing was done in about 45 minutes, and Alex was on his way to the next call. Everything was left clean and tidy. Alex is very knowledgeable and competent at what he does, and is very pleasant to chat with. Atlas has serviced our heating/cooling for years, and we are very pleased.
