Lyndon the technician was wonderful. Explained what was done and what I need to do to maintain my furnace. Very Pleasant, and on time. I find Lyndon very honest and I would request him again.

We were out of town when our CO detector was triggered. Atlas found and fixed the defective parts as the temperature was dropping. Very efficient and excellent communication. if we could give them a 20 out of 10 we would.

One of the most competent, reliable and friendly team to ever worked at our home. From beginning to end, they were informed, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The place was left in great condition and we are enjoying a quiet and efficient furnace during the cold winter days.

We were very satisfied with the service provided and the attitude of Paul . He is congenial and professional .While he has been our service provider the past year we can ,equally say we re pleased with all of your spring and fall representatives (no emergencies yet ) .

A bad smell was coming from our heat vents when the furnace was on. Jordan was able to fix the problem by spraying a deodorizer into the events. If the smell has not been eliminated permanently, I will get in touch with Atlas

Lyndon was excellent! He completed the job quickly, and provided me a great summary of the work completed and things to watch out for in the future. AtlasCare admin staff and management were responsive and helpful as well. I couldn’t be happier.

We scheduled an appointment to attend to my leaking humidifier for today. I received a text saying the service man was on his way at 8:15 (even though it wasn’t scheduled until noon). So I stuck around thinking that the service call was in the morning. But at 11am, I called and Atlas called to confirm noon. I think there was some type of error or glitch. But Anthony showed up at noon and solved the issue quickly, clearly and with professionalism Thanks

I’ve been with Atlas for several years. They are always very responsive if ever I’ve had and emergency furnace call and their technicians are always courteous and explain things very well. I woke up this morning with the house at 61 degrees and Atlas was here in less than an hour. Great service!

Have been using AtlasCare for 19 years. I had my ducts cleaned on November 15 by two pleasant fellows, RJ and T. They did a thorough job and showed me the before and after pictures (attached). Great job and what a difference. Thanks guys!
