I have been with Atlas Care for over 20 years in total, from our large house in Mississauga to our new townhouse in Oakville. They have always given me wonderful service and very good advice.

Work was performed effectively and professionally. Arrived on time and completed the work within the time specified. Service person fully explained work performed and made recommendations for any parts or services required after his inspection.

Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cleaned the house ducts, dryer vents, and central vac. First class service. Arrived within the hour, as promised, and left the home clean. Would highly recommend

Semi annual maintenance visit. As always these guys are prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Particularly impressed by the email notification of arrival and ability to track service truck position and progress. You won’t find a better HVAC Team to deal with.

I have used AtlasCare for furnace maintenance for many years and have no issues with this service. However, I have noticed a recent trend whereby service techs are being pushed to up-sell clients before leaving the property. Last year, and again this year we were pushed to install central AC on our 100-year old house, which is essentially a teardown. We were also told we should replace our furnace igniter as it was beginning to weaken. I was quoted a price of $375 for parts and labour to be completed during another appointment. Apparently they had to order the OEM igniter even though the tech had universal igniters in his truck. We reluctantly agreed until I found the igniter for $33 on Amazon. I opened the furnace only to find this is a 30-second job. I contacted AtlasCare and quickly cancelled the part order and subsequent appointment. Charging $375 truly exorbitant, and AtlasCare is taking advantage of customers who may not know any better. Do yourself a favour if using AtlasCare for furnace maintenance: Have them perform the service, say thank you, refuse up-sells, and send them on their merry way.

As every year the technician from AtlasCare showed up on time and did a complete review and test of the heating system. Being a relatively new system (2 yrs old) there were no problems. He changed the humidifier pad and recommended the Watre Savor be installed to make sure there was less excess water draining away. We may do thatr this year. Very pleased with the whole service experience!!

An older Humidifier was upgraded and a water saver was installed to reduce wasted water. Neat job. Installer took time to make the installation neat and tidy. Now we have to wait to test it when the weather gets colder - all too soon.

We just had our furnace tune up as part of our yearly plan with AtlasCare. Our technician was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He walked me through what he was testing and explained everything step by step. I'm so glad he didn't mind me observing since I learned quite a bit about the furnace. Don't hesitate to use AtlasCare, we had them install both our furnace and air conditioning unit and are still amazed at how professional the service is. They show up as expected (unlike other companies) and even send reminder emails, txts with real time tracking of who and when the technician is arriving. Well done AtlasCare team!

As far as I can tell, they did a good enough job of cleaning the ducts, delivering the company line and doing the required upselling. However, Trevel used my vacuum cleaner to clean the furnace without asking and Nicholas locked himself in my bathroom for about a half hour, again without asking. Not completely professional.
