Great service and great company. Always fast and on time. They answer the phone quickly and send the technician on same day. What a service. I recommend this company. The field supervisor came quickly and saved the day after going through the entire system (furnace) and found the needed adjustments for the gas pressure when no other technician was able to identify the problem. Thank You very much 10 stars.

We have had a service contract for several years. We had a noise coming from our heating system and they were able to send a service person with 48 hours, and he was able diagnose and isolate the problem during the service call. The company was able ot send me a quote within hours and all this for no additional charge. Happy to have this service contract

Asked Atlas to look at replacing a 20 year old water heater provided by another company. Their representative arrived on time, assessed our needs and arranged for a replacement time. Great job

Lyndon arrived as promised and provided great service. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Gave a clear and concise overview of the problem, and rectified the matter. In addition, provided options as to what could be anticipated in the future.

Most of techs sent by Atlas are very good but Daniel was a standout. Very personable, brought the right part, and went above and beyond to be helpful, helping me with my new Ecobee thermostat. Highly recommend.

Furnace shut down 6:30 PM with minus 10C outside Called and minor repair was completed within one and a half hours Jordan the technician called within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem and was prompt, courteous and professional .

Atlas provides consistently exceptional install and service work for furnace and AC, and terrific customer service as well. Had furnace duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning done by Atlas and this was at the same quality. Very thorough and professional crew, explained everything well, careful around house, very pleasant.

Jason came promptly, did a thorough investigation of the furnace and thermostat, and determined the motor blower was not firing. He was professional, competent, and still smiling - at 10:30 pm after a 7:00am start to his day! It wasn’t good news for us but Jason has a consultation set up for us at 7am tomorrow, will deduct his bill from a new furnace should we go that route, but he will order our part immediately so we have that alternative available to us. A bright young ambassador Atlas can be grateful to have as an employee!

Deshawn and Trevel were fantastic! They arrived at the set time, were extremely polite and did a thorough job. I was shown pictures of before and after and was thrilled with the outcome. I would definitely recommend AtlasCare and request these two gentlemen.

Had another very good experience with Atlas Care. Really like the email and text confirmation received the day before reminding me of the appointment. Add to that, on the day of the service, received an email and text advising the technician was on his way, some background information on Jordan and his picture. A nice touch that set us up well for the visit. Jordan, the technician was great - friendly, made sure he was clear on what I expected and then went about his work efficiently and effectively. He answered all questions I had including one about a setting on the thermostat both he and I were unsure of. He checked up on a couple other aspects of the system I would not have expected him to look in to and provide reports and suggestions to me to ensure the heating system functions most effectively. I was very pleased again with Atlas Care and how they work with their clients. They are definitely going out of their way to make the client experience very positive. And they are succeeding in doing so!
