    Quick service

    My furnace was not working - only a year old - they came at 9pm in the evening and the technician was professional and knowledgeable and explained things well and handled everything perfectly. Great service. I also had my new furnace and a/c put in by Atlas and they did a fast, clean, and very professional job.

    Furnace servicing

    Eric, the technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank-you to the team for their punctuality and efficiency. A neighbour recommended this company and I felt very comfortable and confident.

    Damaged ceiling during install, waiting 5-months for a repair.

    Atlas installers (or sub contractors) damaged my ceiling during installation without consent. The installation was in May, I have been waiting 5 mths for a repair. The sales person (Jeff Maud) no longer answers call, VP of Operations (David Thomas) and Install Co-Ordinator (Laura Correa) pushed me off to an external contractor. The external contractor is non-responsive. If you are looking for a company to take your money and run, then hire AtlasCare.

    Lyndon: great service tech!

    Professional to the max! We have been having issues with our central air conditioner, and Atlas Care's Lyndon was friendly, prompt, professional, and able to tell us the problems, and explain them in easy-to-understand terms. We will be using Atlas Care in the future.

    Stephanie, Atlas Technician, is Great!

    I have never been more impressed by a Service Tech than I am with Stephanie from Atlas. She's a problem-solver, she's collaborative, she's a teacher and she's really personable. We've had some major issues with the HVAC (Original owner did a terrible install) and we inherited the aftermath. Stephanie has been a godsend!

    Thanks for Great Service

    Michael came to do my yearly check of AC and furnace....he was prompt, friendly, told me what he was doing and reviewed his findings. He recommended a new water heater as mine is over 20 years old. Abdel came over the same day and helped me pick the best option and he was able to arrange instalment the very next day! Chris and Derek did the water heater installation and were very professional, courteous and cleaned the area up. Chris explained everything to me after the install. Thank you to everyone... I am a very satisfied customer!

    Duct cleaning

    Ricardo was awesome. He did the job solo and was done in the time he said he would. He was polite, smart and efficient. Made good recommendations and we have no complaints. Our air quality is better and now our AC works that much more. Thank Ricardo.

    New Air Conditioner

    Recently bought new AC to replace our 20 year old unit (also purchased from AtlasCare). We are really happy with the performance of the new unit and the service from Sales right through to installation was great. Shout out to Rudy H, Joe Y-S and Nasir P.

    SpacePak Air Conditioning Repair - 100 year old home

    We woke up on a Friday morning with no air conditioning (and two small children). We called our regular provider (who was on vacation) and then several other companies. One company scheduled a service appointment for Friday afternoon and then, mid-afternoon, called and cancelled because of a bit of rain. When we had all but given up hope of receiving service from anyone on the weekend, we called AtlasCare on Saturday morning at 6 am and spoke to an actual human being. Within an hour, we received a call from the service technician, Lyndon Vase. Lyndon showed up exactly when he said he would (at noon) and called 15 minutes before to give us a head's up. Within 15 minutes, he replaced the capacitor on the exterior part of the unit, which had us back up and running. Lyndon explained everything clearly and made helpful and clear recommendations without trying to sell us anything we did not need. I would highly recommend calling Lyndon if you have any heating or cooling issues (905.829.1296).
