Hired AtlasCare for a whole house duct cleaning and the experience has been nothing but perfect. I have used other well known companies for previous duct cleanings before but Atlas just came out to be the best. The team Deshaun and Darien did a fantastic job, they explained how the process is before proceeding, very thorough and diligent in their work for the entire process, cleaned up every single spot with a small vacuum after the work is completed. They even wipe down all the dust inside the furnace blower, which non of the other companies ever did that. Very happy with my choice with Atlas and definitely will be using them again next time.

I purchased a Lennox Central AC from AtlasCare and had it installed. The entire experience, from sales call to installation, was top notch. The installation team were very professional and friendly and had the job completed in just a few hours. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my very positive experience.

Ricardo who actually did the work and his supervisor Deshawn were both extremely professional and polite. Before starting the work, Ricardo explained the process of the duct cleaning and actually walked with me from room to room. Showed me by the furnace where he would be making the actual holes. He laid carpet from the front door to the furnace room and also put on shoe covers so not to dirty my floors. He actually vacuumed the floors before leaving. I found the experience quite positive and certainly not invasive. n

Service from AtlasCare was professional and responsive, from Rudy's initial visit to the installation by Tedros and John. I had a difficult decision - replace or repair - as our unit was only 8 years old, but Rudy walked me through all the options, costs, and pros and cons. AtlasCare conducted a leak test, and then installed a new system. They returned emails and calls, arrived when they said they would, and Tedros and John were very efficient and clean while working in the house. I was very happy with all aspects of their service.

Crew arrived on time ready to work. They brought out the new equipment and proceeded to check the work site. Without any conversation they both went to wok and worked through lunch. The best I could buy them was a coffee and lemonade. After two tests started and the entire system was checked out. Then we got the operation lowdown. Then they clean up everything and sweep the drive. A Class One installation by a talented businesslike crew. Glad we bought from atlas. (This is the third one!)

I am blown away how Mark and team worked on the installation! Our house design is a bit unique and they were met with challenges and Mark had to come up with designs and solutions to make it all happen. He made sure that whatever they are putting in is up to code and is done right. I'm looking at the furnace room right now and I'm still not sure how Mark was even able to fit the equipments there nicely. It wasn't just work done right, it was a Masterpiece. At the end of the day, I am very pleased with the installation, the products and how it's all professionally done!
