Dont for any reason use this company for a security system absolutly garbage. The Manager is absoulty rude as rude can get. I will post pics but to explain they installed my garage camera 8 feet off the ground someone could jump and rip it off i cannot see both side of driveway or both vehicles. I clearly told the installer where i wanted all three cameras she got 1 correct and my wife made exception for one as a beam was in the way. Second pic is front of garage i park a truck on the right side and suv on the left side. The top pic is where the installer from waterloo area placed my camera on garage after saying we would get same angle from both spots. Third pic u will see both vehicles in driveway

On April 16, 2018, I had a consultation with a rep from Battikha, Mimi was very kind and respectful. She explained everything in a timely manner, ensuring we understood. It was a pleasure having her in our home to show us the excellent products. I'm interested in using the doorbell system. I already feel more secure. Thank you Mimi and Grant.

We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Battikha. Our system keypad, sensors and doorbell were installed by an installer that seemed to be in a rush. Some properly some sloppy. The doorbell camera worked for several months then we started getting a purple hue when viewing. We called and left several messages looking for help before we received a call back. Their solution was to reset the camera as per manufacturer instructions. This did not work. Eventually the camera stopped working. We tried to reset and got it to work for 24hours twice before it stopped working completely. They refuse to send out a technician to fix this even though we pay $79.00 month. I don't know why they refuse to send out a technician to fix. This system is $5300.00 . This company is not good to use.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Battikha Security, from start to finish. The installer was great did a complete walk through and answered all my questions, and i had a lot of question. I would highly recommend this company.
