I had the 30+ year old aluminum siding removed and replaced with vinyl siding over one inch insulation. House looks great and I expect will be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The house is 60+years old and insulation was almost non existent. The work was done quickly and professionally. Steve cleaned up the yard daily. I love the look of the house ?. They also did great work on the eavestrough and downspout I had them install a few years ago. Great work and a fair price.

We had Belfast come and quote on our siding project. Their quote was reasonable and their service was a 10 out of 10. We had one company tell us that we could not insulate the wall under the replacement siding or the roof would have to be altered. Belfast said that would be no problem and that we should do it while the siding is being replaced. We trusted Belfast and so we went with them to do the work. They did replace the insulation and the roof did not require alterations. Belfast was quick with a quote and returning any calls we placed to them. When they came to do he work they showed up when they said they would and they were friendly and very professional. They cleaned up before they left each day and were just an overall pleasant business to deal with. We highly recommend Belfast.

Was in a jam after two other companies did not show after promising to have the job done before Christmas. Belfast did the job quickly, professionally a the quote was way more reasonable than other big name companies. I should have called them first!

Thrilled with Belfast's work and their team. They got the job done on time and with consideration to our needs for new downspout locations...and they even set us up for a winter changeover when we put away our rain barrels. The job site was clean and tidy (important to us because we have a dog in the yard) & they have polite workers. Our neighbours have complemented the "new" look of our house. Belfast Aluminum has serviced our community for many, many years. Their quote was very competative and John was very easy to communicate with and addressed my needs and concerns. The eves troughs look amazing and the designer colour choice of aluminum against the new roof look amazing. John addressed a concern I had with my front window and repaired it for a fraction of the cost of other quotes I received. I have and will continue to recomend Belfast to others.

Right from the start I was impressed with Belfast Aluminum. They responded promptly when I called and provided a professional, detailed quote, as well as samples of the products, and a list of different houses in our neighbourhood where they had worked so that we could see a sample of jobs they had done. After we hired them, they showed up promptly and always kept me informed about their progress. The men who did the job were polite and friendly, and when I had a question they always listened attentively and responded to requests. They finished in a timely manner, and the house looks great. I was especially impressed when, after I called with a special request for a little change after the job was done and paid for, John got back to me right away, and had someone out and the job done the next day. The windows in the basement did not open and we never like that. Doing Reno in basement so we decide it is time to change windows. When John came over he was the only one who actually had a sample in his car! That made all the difference! Very good and on time!

Belfast was prompt in quoting and began/completed the work exactly when they estimated. They of course make their own trough for seamless construction and all the aluminum flashing was done very well. We also had them change the flashing on 2 windows and the work was excellent. The worker was very precise and tidy

Belfast Aluminum removed an old patio door and installed an new one that we had purchased. They were on time, did an excellent installation and then clean everything up. This is the second time we have used this company and been very happy.
