Had a positive experience from beginning to end. Went to the CNE in Toronto where I noticed Beverley Hills had set up a display. I provided my contact information to receive an in home quote, the sales person came to my home within a week, he explained what Beverley Hills could offer and my spouse and I made the decision to purchase some new windows for our home. Fast forward to installation day, Keith the installer (and another worker) came promptly at the time that was booked, he worked dilligently and kept us in the loop of his progress. The installation went smoothly and we were treated very professionally. We've already noticed a difference as heat is nolonger escaping from the house on all the new windows. Am 100% satisfied, will definitely use Beverley Hills for any future windows/door purchases.

We went to this company for a second time as they did a good job for our windows. They gave us a proposal which was competitive. The door installation happened as promised during the proposal and took 4 hours as informed in advance. We are happy with the job and quality of the door. They did a thorough job and cleaned well the sight afterwards.

I choose Beverly Windows primarily for there warranty. I had them install my windows twice, since windows are very costly. The first time, the installation was a joke. The installer was a short man so I had to assist in the installation and use my tools. I had to later call my and had a service man repair there work (there repair service calls are excellent., this a major plus and the choice I choose Beverly windows) The second installation a couple of years later was great, although they missed measured the window and had to return a few days later. (this wasn't an issue to us because mistakes happens). A couple of years past and we had a baby and began using this room. Last year, I found the room very cold during the winter (colder then the older windows) and didn't know why? Two weeks ago I pulled out the trim, and shocked to find missing spry insulation on the top and bottom of the window. Once I insulated the windows the room is toasty and no long drafty In summary, I would rate the windows and service calls excellent, but the installation was horrable. I choose a competitor company to finish my other windows. This time I watched every installation.

After experiencing incredible Customer Service last year during the installation of new front windows in our home by Beverley Hills Home Improvements, my wife and I decided that we wanted to update the wooden siding finish on our home with a new vinyl siding product with styrofoam insulation premounted to the vinyl siding lengths. My wife and I agreed that the price quoted by Beverley Hills Home Improvements for the complete vinyl siding product and installation including covering of the facia, soffit & framing of the doors and windows of our entire house was supported by the best warranty for product and installation in the Home Improvement Industry. Although there was a delay in our anticipated delivery and installation of the siding; the end result of the quality and finish of the product was based on the very professional and meticulous care during the installation of the product by Beverley Hills Home Improvement siding installation staff John, Abe and Peter Wall. The efforts of the installation team were evident from the beginning as they arrived at our home before 7:30am each day and maintained a strict daily clean up routine each day, while performing the installation with excellent care and accuracy and maintaining a polite and professional work ethic during the 4 day installation. We were convinced that after experiencing the incredible window installation last year with Beverley Hills Home Improvement Window Installation Team, we knew that we were willing to pay more for quality and warranty for the product and the installation which is all transferable when we sell our home to the next owner.

Had a wonderful visit with the sales person. Basically a no pressure situation, explained the window technology to me. They quoted me 6 weeks to install and they delivered on time. The quality of the windows is impressive and the hardware used is of good quality. Very happy with the windows.

Beverley Hills made the process of replacing a bay window in my living room easy, from the initial sales visit until the installation. The salesman was informative, and the installer was professional and did a great job - even on a rainy day. BH had to reschedule the inital installation date because the installer was ill, but managed to get it done the next day.

Last year we noticed our neighbours were having their windows replaced so I called up Beverly Hills Windows and had someone come and give me a quote. They guy that came out was very helpful in choosing the right ones and he was very informative. I had another company come in to give me a quote and they were $2000-$3000 more than what Beverly Hills quoted me. We were so impressed by how efficient they were when putting our first 5 windows in that we had them come back to replace the last 5. When we are ready to replace our doors they will be the first people we call.

Salesman who came to give estimate was helpful, took lots of time to answer questions (in contrast to another company we asked to give estimate). Price was reasonable by comparison. Installer was polite, efficient.

Do you remember the polar vortex of 2013 and the subsequent cold winter. Like my neighbours I was dreading my gas bill's arrival. Surprise! I used LESS gas during that cold, cold winter than in previous years. Moreover, draughts were eliminated. What was different? That fall I had Beverley Hills replace my basement windows. Their service was more that timely and friendly - it saved us money. Would I use Beverley Hills again - definite yes, in fact they are replacing my eaves trough. Any regrets? Only that I didn't hire Beverley Hills when I replaced other windows years before. I have been through kitchen and bathroom renos and more, and Beverley Hills was one of the easiest companies to work with.

Was looking to replace the front door and while going through their catalog, decided to replace the back sliding patio door with French doors. The installers were absolutely amazing, very professional, courteous and did an impeccable and clean job. The doors are absolutely stunning! Will definitely recommend to others.
