Our first contact was polite & courteous, the estimate was done extremely well keeping in mind not only our needs but our budget too. The installation went off without a hitch. We replaced all the wooden windows in our house with new vinyl triple glaze low E. The improvement in warmth and noise reduction is exceptional. Installation was completed in the estimated time to perfection. This company fully supports there work. On a call back the solution was speedy and effective. We recommend Beverly Hills Windows & doors to anyone who asks.

The workers were quick,with little mess. They cleaned everything up after and left nothing for us. The front door they installed is beautiful but also there are no air leaks around it. Thank you Beverly Hills.

The representatives of Beverley Hills were at all times professional and courteous. The quality of the windows themselves, and the installation were top notch. I can safely recommend this company.

My wife and I met several window companies to replace our original windows that were wooden framed. All of the sales people were good, but... The sales person from Beverly Hills brought a briefcase full of info. Clear, precise and thorough explanations were laid down to us. There was no push to try to upsell us, or to do more than what was required. With the bonus of having terrific triple pane windows and all the UV goodies etc. Beverly Hills was an easy decision. But the sales pitch to us (perfect as it was), was not the reason I'm here gushing about these people. It was the installation part. They were to take 2 days to replace 12 openings in my house. It was done in ONE! They had a team of guys each doing a particular function, like a well oiled machine. Speed accuracy and attention to detail was perfected. I was speechless. They went about doing the job with two days in mind, but they were just unbelievable with precision, that they completed in one day. I find myself repeating this because my house is a Cape Cod style house with "pitched" (extremely angled roofing) and it was a breeze for these guys. I was so taken aback at the Quality of the work that I bragged to a workmate and now come next week, as I write this, Beverly Hills is going in to do his windows as well. Would I use Beverly Hills again?...well let's see...Great sales people, on time when they said they would be, great price and discounts, top quality service and install...hmmmm..I think that's a yes. Oh and I love the idea of a warranty that lasts a few decades and is transferred to the next home owner if I should sell..Need I say more...

The sales rep. was misleading. When we questionned the work to be done vs. what we were told would be done we were told that we misunderstood. There was a lot of so called misunderstanding. We cancelled the agreement and they refused to refund the deposit and/or accept the cancellation. We complained to the BBB without success. We complained to the consumer protection branch and months later they finally accepted the cancellation and refunded our money after they were told that their agreement did not meet the standard set by consumer protection and that they should have refunded our deposit as soon as they received our cancellation. Their contract was misleading and not in accordance to the consumer protection branch.

The people from Beverley Hills Home Inprovements were very easy to deal with and didn't pressure us into anything. The 2 workers did an excellent job installing the windows with a good eye for detail. They were exceptionally tidey and showed great respect for our home. Other than the new windows you almost didn't know they were there. Well Done!!!!

I was so pleased with my window installation and customer service from Beverley Hills that I decided to use them for the total replacement of my fascia, soffits, eavetroughs and downspouts. The installation date was approx 6 or 7 week wait but I wasn't in a hurry as long as it was done before the end of the year. Installion was in 2 steps; fascia & soffits and then eavestoughs, leaf guard and down spouts a week or so later. The first part went well, the second part..not so much. They didn't cap the ends of one trough and the leaf guard in one trough appears dip inward and not be level with the upper edge of the trough. Finally, there is one short pipe missing that connects two levels of troughs. This missing installation could be indicative of a faulty installation of the upper trough since the trough should be slightly angled down towards the downspout at each end, like an inverted "V". These are just what I could see without getting up on a ladder myself. Clean up was not as thorough as the window installation. I'm still picking up scrap aluminum pieces. Overall, the new product looks good. Will have to wait until the spring rains to see if it all works. I have asked that these deficiencies be addressed and have been waiting 3 weeks. Having said this, I have complete faith in their Customer Service dept to eventually remedy these deficiencies.

Used Beverley Hills for all new windows, doors and eaves. Not one problem had/has occurred in all areas of the home improvements (cust. serv., sales, product, installation crew). Had energy audit done in the house and all windows and doors showed no sign of drafts etc., auditor even commented on quality of craftmanship. Would recommend Bev. Hills to anyone.....already have and received a $100 cheque in the mail (did not even know that was going to happen!).

The entire project was handled with professionalism and courtesy. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Beverley Hills delivered everything they said they would on time, or before it was promised. The installation went smoothly, the installers were terrific and left everything neat as a pin.
