Ben was a pleasure to deal with. His work was of the highest quality, and the end result was a stunning bathroom. He came up with some great ideas for the renovation project, was always on time, worked diligently, and was very pleasant throughout. The project was completed much quicker than expected and the cost was within budget. We'll certainly use Ben again for future renovation work.

This summer Blue Ocean completed a bathroom renovation for us. This project was larger than most bathroom renovations. We have a separate shower and standalone tub. A small wall was also removed. Gavin was a great help in the procurement of fixtures as many were in short supply due to Covid. He was able to make our ideas a reality. A few issues did arise but they were resolved to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the end result.

Blue Ocean Construction Inc. was a great company. Prompt, reliable, efficient, and excellent at their job title. Always available and ready to assist. They also took on other projects at a moments request that were not part of their contract to help and satisfy the customer. In fact, they rectified many mistakes that other contractors incurred while renovating my place. These gentlemen are very qualified at what they do and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. In fact, will be keeping their contact information for any future projects that might arise. I personally want to thank them for providing me with my dream bathroom. Beautifully done! 2 thumbs up!!!!!!!

This was my first experience in remodeling. I was worried at first because you hear all sorts of horror stories from other people and their remodeling experiences. This was not the case with Blue Ocean. There are professional, courteous, friendly. They keep you up to date with the job and costs. Hazim and his team were very competent, reliable, and easy to deal with. From start to finish this job went as planned, without any major stresses or concerns and we finished with two beautiful, elegant bathrooms that were exactly what we wanted. If budget was unlimited we would have carried on throughout the entire house, and as is, we look forward to be able to do this again. Hazim and his team did a excellent job!

I worked with Ben on my bathroom renovation from the beginning to the end. My old ones started leaking and I have to fix it. He is professional and knows what he is doing. He updated me everyday about the project so we are on the same page. He is very responsible and reliable. I really appreciated his excellent work and service. My new bathrooms are clean and neat. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

From the beginning of our bathroom renovation through to the end of completion, contractor Gavin was excellent about keeping us up to date with the project. He regularly visited the site and we always knew which member of his team was working each day. The team were reliable, hardworking and professional. Gavin was especially helpful in accommodating all of our special requests and addressing any concerns we had immediately and with care. We initially chose to work with Blue Ocean Construction for our bathroom renovation because we appreciated how transparent and upfront they were with the project estimate and timeline. We had been putting off a much needed bathroom update for far too long for fear of the certain disruption, discomfort and mess it would surely cause. I met briefly with Cora at HD on Cambie and explained my concerns. She said I had nothing to worry about and she was right! A day or so after we met, she arranged for a contractor from Blue Ocean to call and come for a visit to scope out the project. The contractor quoted +/- $13K, depending on fittings and finishes, and said he could start immediately. We gave him the green light and about three weeks later, the work was complete. We are absolutely delighted with the workmanship, quality, timeliness and professionalism provided by the Blue Ocean team. What we really appreciated was the transparency and efficiency of the process, quality of the work (performed by licensed tradespeople), the courteous and polite manner of the entire team, the daily clean-up of materials (we lived comfortably, despite the central location of worksite), and perhaps most-importantly, the accuracy of the budget estimate. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Ocean to anyone considering such a project.

Vladimir and his crew were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The project (removing tub to install walk in shower, and update toilets and faucets) was completed on time (faster than what I expected) and within the discussed budget. Brownie points for Vladimir's patience and kindness to my very yappy dog. And more brownie points for helping me with little fixes around the house after the project was completed, I seriously couldn't be happier! GREAT experience, would definitely recommend and for sure will save his number. (y)

We got permission in January of 2016 to replace our rancher with four smaller homes on smaller lots. This project was very complicated, and was the first of its kind in our municipality. It required Comprehensive Development zoning. There were a lot of hurdles to overcome, but Blue Ocean stuck with us through the entire process. As a result, we were able to downsize, stay in or own neighbourhood, pass part of our large lot to our 3 young adult children, and avoid strata fees. We are now hoping to make this type or lot redevelopment common in Delta and throughout Metro Vancouver where ever aging homes are being demolished.

Ben of Blue Ocean Construction did an exemplary renovation of our apartment bathroom. He is the best contractor that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. His professionalism and high standards are obvious in the work that he does. He works on each project as if it was for his own home, but is always considerate of what the client would like. We were concerned about the time it would take to finish the job, but Ben explained that he devotes his attention to one job at a time, from start to finish. Our bathroom was completed in nine days, testimony to Ben’s strong organizational skills. Ben’s experience saved us money and frustration. He would diplomatically steer us away from fixtures with a poor construction record. He even suggested that a more expensive bathtub did not mean that it was the best. Other accolades that may be applied to Ben is that he is considerate, always on time and cleans up the work place. Ben is highly recommended.
