Beautiful New Shutters. We're very happy with the service. Danny who did the measurement and installation of the shutters did an excellent job. He's very professional and very polite. We will definitely recommend Cadillac custom shutters to friends, and hopefully they'll get the chance to work with Danny too.

We had a couple of minor issues with fit and magnets and they fixed them after being alerted (took about 3-4 weeks). Very courteous and professional- would use them again for sure. A bit more expensive than our other quote, but they matched our floors perfectly and delivered on time - I'd take quality and service and pay 10% more any day!!

The quality of the shutters, wooden blinds and "Silhouettes" were excellent. The staff was very helpful in recommending each window treatment.The quality of installation was excellent. High end products were chosen, so the price was standard in the industry.

Cadillac installed plantation shutters on every window in our new home. From the initial consulation through detailed measuring to careful colour matching with the window trim and timely installation, their personnel did a truly excellent job. Sandy, Schlomo and Stacie and all the other staff make customer satisfaction a high priority we couldn't be more pleased.

Did a great job...came to the house to measure all windows and installed them 4 weeks later when they were done. They gave us temporary blinds to use in the interim. They had a home show special where they didn't charge the 15% sales tax, which saved us a lot of money. When we had a problem with one of the slats, they fixed it. They also have blinds and an associate who will come to your home to discuss all your needs with samples.

The man that helped me was very polite. He gave me advice on my living room windows and explained products very well. I was not sure on what to get but he helped me.

Ernie was great and patiently answered all my questions. He proved excellent suggestions since this was our first home. He proved a detailed quotation and the workmanship was A1!! Excellent work ethic and very good customer service. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for shutters that are professionally done.

Cadillac are extremely competitive and they have an excellent product! I like the fact that they come to you, and custom measure and install. My shutter colour was also matched to my window and baseboards. All this service and value for practically the same price as buying off the shelf at a Home Depot.
