We hired Flavio to fix our slow running faucet. He installed a new one and it's working great. He was courteous and professional. He is, however, very busy, so it may take a bit longer to book the services than anticipated.

Called flavio about whistling in our hot water pipes and were glad we did!! His quote was alot better than the competitive plumbers out there , he was a great guy, did a great job and left the place as neat and clean as when he came in! He also did the job within the time he told us and within the quote. Definately will be calling him whenever we have any plumbing issues! Thanks Flavio!

We noticed a small leak in our kitchen and Flavio came out to assess the situation. The previous owners renovated the second floor bathroom and improperly installed the flange. Flavio opened the drywall, spotted some mould and advised that we manage the mould before going ahead with the repair. As we reviewed our options, Flavio called to check in with how we were progressing and when we were mould-free and ready to finally go ahead with the repair, he was here within a day. He's a good guy and does the work right - no corner-cutting. I will definitely call on him next time I need a plumber.

Flavio and Matt recently completely overhauled the hot water tank in my office by reworking all of the improper piping done improperly by the previous owner and also installed a custom drain pan and drain piping to prevent any possible leakage from the tank or relief valve from causing damage to the ceiling below. They were very professional and the installation was very clean and neat. Flavio also took the time to listen and follow my suggestions regarding the positioning of the tank and even installed an automatic trap primer to ensure no sewer gas would flow back from the drain. Excellent job!

Very reasonable service. Would hire Flavio and Matt again. Flavio was in demand and could not attend immediately. However, unlike many other contractors he did not forget about us and continued to call. Also, Flavio's final check after the work was done was very important. Thanks Flavio and Matt.

Thank you Flavio for making our toilet work right before we were scheduled to have a houseful of people! Flavio was able to come before the holiday weekend, when my entire family of 20 was going to fill my house. He not only unclogged the toilet. He spent a good 15 minutes testing it again and again to make sure that after he left it would still work (don't you hate it when it works for the fix-it guy, and then he leaves, and it won't work for you?) As all the reviews stated Flavio did an excellent job on all counts. We sure appreciate it.

Having hired Flavio once before, we once again turned to him to help find and repair a mysterious bathroom leak. Flavio did the job in a timely manner, and without causing any great damage to get to the problem. He left the jobsite clean and was very personable throughout the visit. Highly recommended.

Flavio has worked on previous plumbing issues in my former home. I had water streaming from my ceiling on afternoon and over the phone he managed to walk-me-through the issue as he was on another emergency call. When he did come, that problem was fine, but I had him work on a dryer venting issue which according to him was not only a fire hazard but the whole exhaust inside the wall had collapsed and several years of lint excess was inside the wall (lint was never cleaned from the dryer and accumulated to the extreme point of damaging the dryer). He rectified it by removing the old exhaust and taping it and moving the dryer closer to the wall so the venting is direct, instead of the maze of angles it was on before. He assured me it was "Flavio approved" and there will be no further issues. He will be returning to replace some faucets etc. but he is always a pleasure to work with and I have passed on his name to several people, they won't work with anyone else either!

Recently a high-capacity cushion tank in my aging furnace developed a sudden and substantial leak. Flavio promptly attended and was subsequently able to locate a replacement tank (not readily available) and effect installation in an extremely satisfactory and efficient manner.
