Like most century home owners I love the old world charm of my home. Unfortunately along with high ceilings and beautiful woodwork, crooked doors and window trims can at times be a challenge. When I finally decised to order shutters for a large 3 paned window located at the front of the house I was concerned with how they would end up looking. When John arrived for the final measurment he explained that a custom frame would be built for the shutters and that I need not worry. When the shutters arrived John was true to his promise and a frame was installed inside each window pane. John spent extra time to make sure that any gaps were meticulously filled and VOILA!! Now my shutters look even and straight. Most importantly, they allow me to have the combination of privacy and enjoyment of natural lighting that I was hoping for. I JUST LOVE THEM! Needless to say, I would highly recommend anyone shopping for shutters to call Canadian Superbilt Shutters if they are looking to enhance the beauty of their home. Thank you again John! I recently had California shutters installed by John (along with his colleague Danny) and only regret that I didn't get them sooner. They were both professional and were able to install two balcony and one window shutter in a few hours. I plan on using them again for when I move into a new location in the coming year.

Everything was great from the price to the service. Gail was always personable and friendly on the other end of the phone and John was very good at what he does. When I did not respond to the quote sent via email, Gail called to find out why and we discovered it had went into spam. While installing one of the large blinds John discovered a part was not functioning properly and immediately called to arrange repair or replacement. The blind was repairable and we were notified that he would be returning within 4 or 5 hours to finish the job! We were more than satisfied and so pleased with the final products.

I wanted to say I love my shutters. I had them put in yesterday and I could not believe how fast it took John to install them. They look beautiful, especially my family window. I love the top shutter feature. It is really nice. Shutters definitely make such a difference in a home. I couldn't believe the difference from curtains to shutters. The rooms look bigger. Thank you so very much. I will definitely recommend Superbilt Shutters to anyone I know who is interested in getting Shutters for their home. All the Best.

When completing a home renovation we always look for quality materials and quality service. John at Superbilt Shutters certainly provides both. We have personally used his services twice: once in our Mississauga hame, and again in our home in Etobicoke, and we have recommended Superbilt to many family and friends. He has never disappointed--providing top quality shutters at reasonable prices. Perhaps most important is that John stands behind his product 100%. After calling John about a minor defect that went unnoticed for several months, or after calling him because we accidentally broke two louvres, John was at our home within 2 days---making necessary repairs within a week at NO COST! We would challenge any other manufacturer/distributor to be this dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Superbilt will be one of the first places we call when we purchase another home!

John had done a small job for me before; I was very pleased with his service so went to him when I decided to change my window coverings to shutters. John is extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent guidance re pros and cons of a couple of options I was looking at. The shutters are very well made; the fit is perfect; installation was on time and neatly done. Gail, who works in the office, also gave excellent service. It was a pleasure to work again with John and Gail.

Canadian Superbilt shutters installed blinds through out our home in Burlington 5 years ago. The blinds have provided excellent service, without fault since the installation in our home. We’ve done our "homework" before hiring this company. We went for wood as has the "worm" feeling and Canadian Superbilt Shutters quoted me absolutely the best prices that we could get anywhere. John is first and foremost very professional: he really knows his job so feel "safe" taking his suggestions and recommendations. Customer assistance provided by Gale was also very helpful and nicely provided. We love our shutters – they are great part of decoration and basically piece of beautiful furniture. We just replaced all our windows meaning the shutters Eric provided to us in the past needed to be replaced. Without hesitation we picked up the phone and called Eric to help us. He was at our house within days at a convenient time to us providing us with thoughts and ideas and showing samples. He made himself very available to us afterwards to answer questions and came back again with more samples. Price and service can not be beat by anyone else. Without hesitation I recommend Eric and Canadian Superbilt for california shutters or Hunter Douglas products.
