    Good job.

    Paul and Derek came to my house last week for duct cleaning. They're respectful, informative, professional and efficient. Communication is great! I'd definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

    Fantastic, job well done Thank you !!

    Paul and Derek were very respectful, they did a thorough job of cleaning our ducts, my house feels different, you can tell the difference in the air quality all the dust is gone, we are very happy with the work they did, both Paul and Derek were very respectful of our home, I will hire them again in the future we are extremely satisfied with the work they both did, Thank you Paul and Derek.     Duct Cleaning

    These guys are the best at what they do! As soon as they walked in, we knew that they were very professional. They made sure to prepare us for the noise as we have small children and pets. They walked us through exactly what they were doing. They use a top down method to make sure that they get the dust and build up out of every part of your house. They cleaned the air returns and even did the lint trap, where they removed more than we were ever able to. Once they were done they made sure they cleaned everything up. Very professional and very satisfied with the work. An amazing company with amazing and very respectful employees and a very affordable price. Keep up the amazing work!

    Great Duct cleaning service

    Paul and Joe performed duct cleaning on our house, and we could not have been more satisfied. True professionals, from arriving on time to explaining and showing in detail the work they were doing. Paul and Joe performed an incredibly thorough job, and went above and beyond for us helping to clean some very dusty areas aside from ducts. Their work is of highest quality and I would hands down recommend their services.

    Duct cleaning

    Joe and Chris from Capps were excellent. It's a tough job, and they came to it with a smile and professionalism. We just moved in, old place, fixer upper. Previous owners had cats, and didn't seem to do much cleaning (all of this was veiled by a good staging job when we made an offer for the place). Both my wife and daughter could barely breath the first night due to extreme allergies. Duct cleaning was our first course of action to make the place habitable. Capps came highly recommended. We paid what we were quoted on the phone when we booked the appointment. Joe and Chris got the job done in a little over an hour, explaining everything they were doing as they went along (important for first time home owners like us who have lived in apartments their whole lives). I would recommend Capps and Joe and Chris in a heartbeat.

    Duct Cleaning

    I was not home at the time of the duct cleaning, however my brother was, and he said that the 2 gentlemen that did the cleaning were very polite and informative. He said that I should definitely let them know what an amazing job they did in cleaning the ducts and informing him of the process. Purchasing a resale home left us with some interesting smells, and now the house smells great! In this case, you get what you pay for does not apply because their pricing was the lowest I could find and we received outstanding service! Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

    duct cleaning

    I had kept record of this Company after seeing them on a CTV news Consumer Report in 2014. Decided to call them for duct and dryer vent cleaning. I was VERY impressed with the service from the initial booking with secretary Kathe, to the finish. Paul and Joe arrived on time, with a courtesy call to inform me they were in the area. Polite, very pleasant, informative and clean equipment. No questions were left unanswered. On finding an issue with my furnace humidifier few days after their visit, I called Kathe to question this with Paul. Prompt reply and visit without any hesitation. Once again, very informative with suggestions and a referral to help with the issue. I compliment their excellent and caring customer service and would certainly recommend this family owned company.     Dryer vent cleaning

    From the time you call to book an appointment till the guys finish cleaning they are all very professional. They showed up on time I was told it would take about 30 min to clean vents took a bit longer since we never had vents cleaned before. Cleanup was spotless. The only issue was that the vent hose that was connected to the dryer came off the first time the dryer was used but not a big issue i just got some duct tape and reattached the hose to the dryer. I would definitely recommend Capps.

    Duct cleaning

    Second time I have used Capps to clean the ducts and I would use them again. Paul and team are professional and do an excellent thorough job. Their customer service was excellent, they answered all of my questions, checked our air flow and provided me with tips to ensure we keep our heating cooling system optimized. I would definitely recommend them.

    Duct cleaning

    Capps cleaned all the duct work that pertained to our air conditioner/furnace units. Cleaned all the vent covers and anywhere there was dust/dirt on the unit. Cleaned dryer vent. Checked for any breaks in the duct work, thankfully none were found. Cleaned air filter and suggested a better filter to pick up the finer things, dander and etc. The two men that came were on time, pleasant and answered any and all questions that were asked, they spent a good 4 hours cleaning the ducts and etc. They cleaned up after they finished, no dust bunnies around. The price was good and it was well worth it. I would call them again.
