    duct cleaning

    a great family run company. i had my ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaning done. the owners did my service call and it was like letting my family members into my home. they were courteous, friendly and efficient. service cost was reasonable and i would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone.

    Duct, Furnace & Dryer Vent Cleaning!

    This is the 2nd time I've used Capp's to clean my ducts, furnace & dryer vent. From the 1st call, pre-appointment verification, the service call and the Good byes - it was a first class service. Kathy, Robert and Scott are efficient, professional and I highly recommend them, and let's not forget that they are licenced (TSSA and others). If you're looking for a professional, licenced business that does excellent work, then Capp's is the answer to your Duct, Furnace, Dryer vent and HVAC services for both residential and commercial.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Just had Capps come out to our home yesterday. But from the first phone call (even with their secretary out sick that day) I had nothing but good and friendly service. The day of the job they were on time, and both professional and polite. Paul took time to explain the cleaning to me, as this was our first duct cleaning service. And also showed me his license from the TSSA. They also completed the job quickly (less than 90 minutes for my 1 and a half story house). Thank you very much to the Capps team.

    Duct Cleaning

    From booking the appointment to final clean-up, just a first class company that I would recommend to all. Don't waste your time searching for another company! Call Capps and you are guaranteed quality!

    Capps Duct Cleaning

    Robert (Owner) and Scott (Sr. Technician) arrived at the house right on time, nice to know that they do their own work and not contract it out to anyone else. He explained everything they would be doing prior to starting the job and advised that he would let me know if there was anything out of the ordinary. They took extreme caution with hoses that they brought into the house and made sure there was no dirt,etc brought in with them – the day the vents were cleaned it had snowed and was a slushy mess. The job took about 1.5 hours and when they were done Robert took the time to explain all of the findings and concerns. They style of duct cleaning is far different then what I was used to. They work from the top down and suck up the debris instead of blowing it down the vents. So far we have noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust throughout the house. Robert and his technician were professional from the time they arrived until their departure. I would highly recommend Capps Duct Cleaning and we will be using them again in the next couple of years.     Duct Cleaning

    My husband did some background work on the computer and found CAPPS DUCT CLEANING SERVICES INC. which was a great relief to me as I had dealt with several other duct companies I was not comfortable with. With Capps it was a wonderful trusting experience with them. They were punctual, got to the job and were overall just nice people. I will definitely have Capps Duct Cleaning Services do my ducts again and would recommend them without hesitation. Nancy Smith, Etobicoke

    duct cleaning +furnace

    Amazing service me and my mom we live in different cities had work done by them and are very satisfied and would recommend it to anybody.Great job,on time very professional Thank you for going the extra mile and traveling to Heidelberg,Ontario

    Duct Cleaning

    Just had my ducts cleaned by Capps for the second time, the first a few years ago after finding them on Homestars, and again today after a kitchen reno last year. As usual, they showed up on time, were friendly and considerate, completed the work in 90 minutes, and did an excellent job. There is a reason why they are a 9.9 on Homestars, and really should be a 10. Thanks again Capps, see you in a few years

    Duct Cleaning

    Capps arrived right on time, got everything hooked up quickly and went to work. They explained everything that they were doing, and showed me what came out of our vents!!!! Disgusting. So glad I had it done, and I've already recommended them to my neighbours.

    Duct cleaning / Maintenance / Prevention

    Capps Duct cleaning came across my path as a referral from another company whose schedule conflicted with our availability. I called Kathe, and was sold from the first moment! Kathe’s respectful and calming approach to our frantic call set the framework for a solid professional relationship. She introduced us to the summer specials, and helped us find the most cost-effective package. Paul and Joe arrived early for our appointment. They displayed a high level of professionalism and care, managing their footwear needs to ensure no outside material was tracked into our home. They reviewed the layout of our house, and outlined the method they would be using in getting our ducts cleaned. The team started out by explaining the importance of cleaning after major renovation or repair, and kept us involved in each step, encouraging us to ask questions as the process unfolded. We were fortunate to work with true professionals who were not interested in upselling or inflating prices. We were given a fair and accurate quote, and we are grateful that they were able to incorporate our last minute additional changes. Thanks to Paul and Joe, we were able to able to put measures into place to protect our external warm air vents, and they provided this advice at no extra charge!! We look forward to hearing from you for our maintenance!.
