    Duct cleaning

    This is the first time I hired this company for doing duct cleaning for my home. I am so impressed of their work and it delivered better result for the company which I used last time

    Funrnace/Vent Cleaning

    Found Capps through homestars and heard alot of great reviews. Paul and Joe came to complete the service and were very thorough, informative, and clean. Did a great job and feel a lot better knowing they were cleaned well after a extensive renovation.

    Duct cleaning

    AMAZING experience with this company in October 2011. Super friendly folks that came out, and who had no problem spending the time to explain to us first time homeowners exactly what we needed to know about our ducts and furnace. Will definitely use them again!

    duct cleaning

    awesome service from a couple of really decent guys (paul and joe). very friendly, polite, professional, punctual, and most of all helpful. after cleaning the ducts paul even took the time to help me diagnose some problems with my furnace and point me in the right direction. very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend these guys.

    Duct cleaning

    I tried Capps duct cleaning for the first time and chose their first open appointment time. As just my wife was going to be in I was expecting a lukewarm response to their service, well she loved them, they took the time to explain everything to her and gave her great advice, our airflow in the house has increased dramatically and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. The follow up call was also much appreciated. Thanks!

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Joe did a fantastic duct cleaning job at my home in Scarborough. They were very friendly and walked me through entire process. I am satisfied with the service and strongly recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    Co-owner Paul and Joe came at 5 PM and did a 110% job on our newely purchased 100 year old house with 100 years of crud in the ducts. Some of the ducts were blocked where previoius owners had covered it over. They went over board to make tit possible to clean possilbe insptie of all the obsticles, and they even fixed some problems by opening the duct work and broke open the sealed in duct work. They were on time, polite, did a fantastic job at a competitve price. They were even fun to deal with. I highly recommend these guys.

    duct cleaning

    Paul and Joe came on time and cleaned all of my vents and even fixed my air flow. I can hear things flowing through the big vacuum hose and eventually found my son's toys in the vacuum box along with lots of dusts. I am so happy with Capps' service and I am extremely happy that Paul identified problems in the duct work and fixed the air flow since the master bedroom used to have almost no air, now the amount of air coming out of the master bedroom's vents is the same as the other bedrooms'. I am definitely going to ask for their help next time. Thank you guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    Capps was a pleasure to work with, especially after a bad experience with another company. They explained everything, were very profession, extremely friendly and did an excellent job. They even went above and beyond trying to get my furnace to work (part of the bad experience with the other company) and recommended a great person to fix it. I would recommend Capps in a second.

    Duct cleaning

    I got a good first impression of Capps Duct Cleaning after finding their reviews on HomeStars and am happy to provide my feedback. When I called to ask about their services, Cathy answered the phone and spent 10 minutes explaining how their process is different and what we'd be getting. She was very helpful in that regard. On the day of service, Paul (company co-owner) and Joe arrived on time, explained what they do and how it is different from the other (i.e. cheaper) providers and why what they do makes sense and works better. They encouraged me to watch what they did which I liked too. You can go with a $99 duct cleaning service but I believe you get what you pay for. Plus, do you really want a company like that touching your furnace? I was comfortable with Paul and Joe and they took care while in our house to ensure nothing got scratched and they put everything back where it was beforehand. They use their vacuum over every single hot air vent in the house rather than simply attaching to one vent and sucking everything through that one. It takes longer but it means every single vent and duct in the house gets cleaned individually. I'd certainly recommend them and am happy to have used them.
