We had our full house windows replaced by Casa Bella last year.
Our happy big money spending journey started with Ronnie, the nice sales man. I have met many “nice” sales people. I feel nobody can be like Ronnie. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail gave us lots of confident to truly understand the products and installation service Casa Bella provided is the right one for us. He respects your requests and decision, but he will not step back when facing the wrong thinking or idea as a customer normally would have, with a very nice way! During the project assessment period, we had lots of discussion with him; his responses were supper quick and impressive. Visiting the showroom is a must have step in such project. Ronnie gone through all the details with samples we can see, touch and feel on. It’s an education session and helped us a lot on our project. And more importantly, after the installation, we truly feel the advice given by him is very valuable, we would much regret if not listening to him. Like the design, color, style and glass choices etc. We believe he is a valuable asset to Casa Bella, valuable sales person to lucky customers.
The installation crew, amazing! As people all know, Case Bella installers are all their company employees. Manny, Josh, Chris and Mike led by Kyle became our friends during the one week of project time. Oh, yeah, they became friends of our dog too. They did very detail work space protection every day, every location they work on. Other review said they do job like at their own home, I have no doubt. Each of them obviously knows what supposed to do. I saw their individual and co-operation tasks run seamlessly, like very success sports team trained together for a long time, a small signal to the other team player, he knows what is asking and what should do. They do daily cleaning carefully and nicely, not like one of my neighbors having their house windows replaced, 3, 4 days, people walk in and out through old window debris and garbage at front yard and drive way. Casa Bella crew come after 9:00AM and leave before 5:00PM, giving you back normal after work life enjoying your home as normal as no construction, very less interrupt your daily life. The finished work is perfect. I don’t see such good finishing inside out among friends I know have had window replaced. I believe Casa Bell treat their employees well, so with their happiness, brought nice works to their customers. Thank you!
On a side note, I requested 5 quotes from different companies; Casa Bella is in the middle price range. Normally people don’t go with cheapest quote as cannot imagine the quality. Yes, there are some people go with high price expecting good quality. But, from my windows project, I got to know, there is an acceptable price giving you high quality work and happy experience, which is Casa Bella.
I have recommended to friends I know who planning to have windows replaced. I would sure continue recommend this company if people asked me.
