    installed new windows and patio door

    Excellent work by installer team a bunch of great guys, they were very professional and helpful. The new windows look great and awesome. Great job Casa Bella. I will definitely buy more from them.

    Window Installation

    This is second time I have used Casa Bella. Ricardo and his crew did a terrific job on my house I requested his crew to do my parents home. They arrived on time, were courteous, considerate and worked non stop. They cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job in 2 days instead of the scheduled 3. Casa Bella uses their own crews. From first contact with sales to completion Casa Bella is an A+.

    Replacing old windows

    The crew was very professional, they helped us move things around and did this job with ease. We are so happy with the way everything turned out. Great team starting from the sales account manager Eric DiPoce. He stuck by his word with the product and was very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend Casa Bella Windows.     3 windows

    Windows replacement in 90 years old house. The team of Ricardo, Ray and Dillion was excellent, very professional, polite and efficient despite the difficulties with the weather. Please put my comment in the employees files. Thank you.

    Windows on the first floor, and walk-out basement

    The architectural plus casement windows look beautiful. I noticed the frame is narrower than the other brand of windows I used for the second floor two years ago, so i got a better view to the outside. The trims are made of primed wood (instead of vinyl that i used before). It did take me a few days to prime and paint all 17 windows, but the result was rewarding and worth the effort. I was very happy with the sale person, German too. He's very professional and patient.

    25 perfect windows with perfect installation

    I can’t recommend these guys enough. We went and met with a number of companies, many of which left us feeling gross from the slimy sales tactics and lack of professionalism. Oliver was honest and straight forward with us, giving us great advice and never putting any pressure or creepy sales tactics. The installation crew were excellent. I’m amazed at how quickly they can replace a window, and the finished results are excellent. Perfect, in fact, with not one problem or flaw. The windows themselves are great quality and we are very happy with them. We will be telling our neighbours about Casa Bella.

    Our salesperson, Oliver was amazing and helped us every step of the way. The install team: Billy, Donny, Andrew and Mike were equally amazing. They were prompt, clean and courteous and did all they could to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you!

    Totally pleased!!! Wonderful experience from start to finish

    From the very first conversation we had with Casa Bella we found them totally awesome! They helped us choose the best windows and door and pleasantly transformed/updated the look of our home all while making it very energy efficient. Can't say enough about them!! The installation team was also awesome! They were very respectful of our home and left everything totally clean. Overall wonderful experience. This is a very professional and stand up company!!!! Highly recommended

    Window replacement

    Service was excellent on all fronts, from the superior advice of the salesperson, German, to the installers who worked efficiently and carefully for 2 full days to install superb product, and all the way through to guiding us through the GreenON submission for rebate. We appreciated the friendly but always professional communication on every topic. The windows have made a huge improvement to the light and beauty of our home, and process was a delight.
