We picked Casa Bella because they were the original installers when the home was built, the sales person was very helpful, and our neighbours had just had their windows done by Casa Bella. Needless to say we do not regret our decision. The crew did a very professional job. They worked hard, were neat and tidy, and very pleasant. We are very pleased indeed.

Dealing with Casa Bella was delightful, starting from the selling point I dealt with the sales rep Jay Biller who came to my house for the 1st measurement and it was a short visit (He was sharp on time) took the measurement and left their company profile and leaflets to review (I loved that he did not walk me through a power-point presentation and how their company is the best in the world as many other companies I get quotations from did and wasted more than an hour of my time before they gave me their sky high prices) Casa Bella is unique and different they respect your time and very professional. Pricewise they are reasonable and they will do their best to lower as much as they could to gain your business while providing a quality service. I got to tell you, When the installation team came in they were so good and very very very very detailed oriented people, they provided me with installation services as if it was their house. The installation team is a corporate employees and not a sub-contractor and that makes a huge difference as if they put their reputation stamp on every piece throughout the installation. Very friendly team and would answer all your question and explain any concern you might have. Clean after everyday work, they cover where they walk and work (you would cover the furniture if you want). MOST IMPORTANT : they come around 9AM leave by 4pm or before, SO they dont come at 7AM and leave at 8 pm as many other contractors would do and I loved that too. Windows quality is superior and insulation is one of a kind and again very thoroughly detailed staff, clean finishing and leave you with a smile. I will always buy from Casa Bella and will always recommend to all my friends and family. Way to go Casa Bella, Good Job.

Casa Bella was recommended to me by a friend who had previously had a good experience with them. Jose D'Amora, the sales rep. came to my house, did all the necessary measuring, and provided me with a great deal of information about my options. When I decided which specific doors I wanted, I was given a highly competitive price, and a surprisingly aggressive installation date. As promised, the delivery was right on time. The installation crew were highly skilled, pleasant, and thorough. They managed to install a new main entry system, and two other exterior doors in one day, and they left their work area completely clean and tidy. My doors look great! Overall, I am completely satisfied with Casa Bella's fine service, competitive pricing and top of the line products.

Definitely the most competitive quote. Matthew Harant as representative was professional and helpful. The installation was timely and for the most part clean. Worker clean up was great, we were noot ready for the interior dust. Inside trim work was carpenter grade, neat, no gaps, no crappy wood. First grade pine that was sanded smooth/ installed 12 windows: 5 single, two doubles, one four unit, and three 16 foot tall front windows tht were complete two story sized. Our old back door was rotting and so we needed a new door, but wanted something similar. We have custom molding and a half circle window above with molding around that as well. I was able to order the door quickly, with little effort. The sales people were exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. The delivery was set up and they showed up on time. The men who worked were so polite and respectful of our home. It was a much bigger job then I even imagined. They took everything apart and rebuilt the door, the frame and the moldings. They were there all day (I did not realize it would take so long) but the job they did was phenominal! The matched up the custom molding and made it look even better then it did before! They cleaned everything up and left my house exactly as it was before they arrived. I was overly impressed with not only the company, the quality of the door, but the exceptional work that was done!

Contacted Casa Bella to inquire about window replacement. Spoke with Jay Biller. He is a respectable guy perfessional at all times. I advise him of a large amount of draft coming from the windows in the winter and i am losing a lot of heat. At this time all correspondence was taking place via email, due to my work schedule during the day i couldn't communicate over the phone. Jay arrange to stop by the house to make his inspection of size and type of windows would be best. His assesment was good and was extremley happy he was very patient with me. i picked out the windows and within a week (while i was at work) his crew arrived to the house and installed all 6 windows and front door. Job took two days to complete and NO internal damages to my drywall or any other area of my home. Jay came back on site to confirm completion of project and advise if any further issues was to be address. all this time i have never seen Jay Biller in person due to my work, and i give 100% referral to anyone. We are extremely happy with the service received from Casa Bella. We requested quotes to 3 companies and this was the balance between affordability and quality. We replaced 7 windows, entry and back doors. We waited about three months to finally start the project and Casa Bella honoured the estimated price and made all efforts to keep it within our range even though we made some changes to the styles we selected. Mathew Harant was very knowledgeable, patient and replied to all our questions, emails and calls right away. We had some doubts about the measurements of the windows and they went the extra mile by coming again to make sure all measurements were correct. The installation took place when planned and the team led by Ricardo were very kind, neat, and professional. We will work with this company again for other window replacement, with no doubt.

We have been working with Casa Bella Windows over a 10 year period repairing existing windows and finally replacing all windows in our home. They are an incredible company. Everyone involved at every stage of the window replacement was amazing. They are courteous, professional, organized and most importantl, they care about the work they do. We had a number of different quots to replace our windows. We selected Casa Bella Windows, not just based on cost, but they also make their own windows, and have their own installers. The estimator, sales person and installers did a great job. The installers were at our house for 5 days, and did an excellent job, very clean, and professional.. i would recommend them to any one!!!,
