    Window Replacement

    From start to finish, our experience with Casa Bella Windows was great. From Erik, our Sales Associate, to our installation team. The team was very efficient and completed the work in one day. One would think being so quick, quality of work would be compromised but this was the complete opposite. The windows look great and the workmanship was top notch. I would like to especially thank Simon (Site Supervisor) and Shawn (Installer) who went over and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. They were very personable and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for the great service Casa Bella Windows.

    We are blessed to have Casa Bella Windows modernize our home with new custom windows, which simply left us feeling mesmerized every time we look through them. The amazing staff at Casa Bella Windows from sales to installation made our experience distinctively extraordinary that truly exceeded our high expectations.     Quick install, professional, and good looking product

    Casa Bella definitely lived up to my expectations. When installing they made sure to protect my floors and we’re great about cleanup. Communication was fast and direct. Product looks great. Install was quick. Install crew was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I will definitely use CB again for future projects.

    Complete replacement of windows and patio doors

    It was time to replace all or our original windows of our family home. 16 windows and 2 patio doors. Our journey led us to German of Casa Bella windows. German has exceeded all of our expectations. Bill and his installation team did a great job. Our custom home has plaster walls, extra care had to be taken on the installation. There were a couple minor spots that needed attention. When they finished the job, I was vey impressed with the final product. I would definitely have no problem using Casa Bella again. I sincerely recommend them for your replacement windows based on my experience with this company. Note: As per the agreement I would have to paint the interior trim.

    Complete window replaced

    Erik made the selection process simple providing his input on various options that helped us with the decision making process. Timeline was as promised and cost represented good value. The installation was flawed with attention to detail throughout the installation. Simon was the team leader and he ensured that the work was of the highest quality. He was a pleasure to deal with as he kept us posted on progress throughout. Highly recommended Casa Bella!

    Customer Service and workmanship

    Getting windows and doors was super easy with Casa Bella Windows Inc. Our sales person Mathew was informative, honest and very professional. Worked around our questions and was very prompt with his answers. When the installers showed up, they were super professional, kind, clean it was one of the best if not the best customer service experience and install my wife and I have ever experienced. I can not stress how kind and professional the installers were. Typically when contractors or installers enter your home there is no interpersonal skills, but these guys were kind and informative. The lead installer walked around with us and showed us functionality, explained insulation the argon gas in the window helped us with the door kick plate and the list goes on and on. 3 days of pure joy and these guys were amazing. The install with this team was amazing and the experience exceeded everything I expected. They even caulking my basement windows, which they didn't install because they noticed the caulking required some touch up. Above exceptional service. Thank you to the team at Casa Bella Windows Inc. We are sooooo happy with our new windows.

    Window and Door Replacements

    We are extremely satisfied with our new Windows and Sliding Door. The individuals who installed them were extremely professional and knowledgeable. What a difference. Great value. Our Sales Account Manager, German Rojas kept us up-to-date on everything. All we can say, job well done. Thanks to all of you. We will enjoy our new Windows and Door for many years to come. What a difference. Like night and day. You will not be disappointed.
