When it came time to replace my windows, I turned to HomeStars for guidance, and got quotes from two companies. Both quotes were similar but I decided to go with Casa Bella due to the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! Manny and Oliver were the installers and they were quite friendly, did a great job, and answered the numerous questions I had along the way. The job was completed on time and a follow up issue I had was dealt with immediately. The sales rep, Devon, also did a good job in communicating the window choices available and being flexible in scheduling. I would definitely recommend Casa Bella.

Casabella workers did an excellent job retrofitting windows into a 60 year old house, matching trim and finishing the project with minimal work to do except painting, and some slight repairs to old plaster. In places where the plaster repair was partially under the trim, they cut the peices to fit and left them uninstalled until I could repair the plaster. The level of cooperation and understanding of the installation by the workers was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade windows and doors.

It was time to replace our front door, patio door and three windows in our house. The original owners had replaced the front facing windows just prior to us purchasing, so they did not need to be replaced. A friend of ours had used Casa Bella the prior year and invited us over to view their windows. They were nice, but to me a window is a window. It is in the install that there is a difference. We received two other quotes, and both those sales men focused on the window product itself. Al Smith, the salesman from Casa Bella, did explain the windows and doors in detail, but also focused on the install itself. I did a bit of research online myself, and my assumptions were right. Most windows from reputable companies are made well and are energy efficient, but if the install is terrible, then you run the risk of water entering the home, wind leakage, etc... and that totaly defeats the quality of the window. The install crew that arrived from Casa Bella were one of the best I have ever had. They were professional, curtious, personable and hard working. German (forgive me if that is not the correct spelling of your name) and the other two (there names escape me at the moment) did a beautiful job. They communicated intentions if there was a choice during the install, and explained the complete install at the end. German had great difficulty installing our new lock set, he spent over an hour trying to make it work. In the end it turned out to be a defective lockset, and after having it exchanged, he installed it in minutes. My appreciation for him trying to make the first one work, and letting me know that there was an issue. I am very satisfied with the complete process, and wish other companies I interacted with where as good as them. Bottom line, very pleased we chose them.

Casa Bella and their installes, Oliver and Manny, did a truly excellent job. We bought an old house with original (1930s) windows. The leaded glass bay window in front and stained glass accent windows were beautiful, but were just letting heat rush out in the winter. We wanted windows that were both beautiful and energy efficient. Casa Bella delivered! The new windows (which they suggested) are perfectly suited to the character of the home, and are even more beatiful than the old ones. Plus, they are all low E and energy star rated. Oliver and Manny were wonderful, efficient, clean and considerate. The job was dealyed by a day due to rain, but Oliver decided to make up for it by finishing on a Saturday so I could go ahead with roof work on Monday. I also asked them to try and preserve the old leaded/stained glass windows as much as possible, and they left ALL of them, clean and tidy for me. The "two Devons" were also a pleasure to deal with. Casa Bella has added beauty, value and comfort to my home. We are now thinking about new windows for the addition, and know who to call. Thank you Casa Bella!

Casa Bella did a great job with our retro-fit project. 2 doors, and three sets of windows. Great working with Kevin and his team. Very happy with the results. They were prompt and the work was tidy. The windows look great and overall, we're very glad we went with Casa Bella

After a lot of searching, we found the best! Excellent installers who really know what to do. My home is older and needed an installer who knows that not everything is perfectly square! They did a great job, with no mess during the install and they disposed of my old door and windows.I know where I am shopping for the rest of my windows!. I would really recommend that you look in their showroom on Airport Road just south of Steeles.

Recently had new front doors installed and window in garage replaced. Had wonderful selection in showroom and helpful, courteous staff. Area was measured promptly and accurately. At time of installation, Oliver and his crew did a very professional job. New doors and window looks great, fits perfectly and works very well. New moulding was installed inside the door frame and it covered gaps left by the original builder. The alarm contact was replaced and exposed wires were neatly hidden. Clean-up was done exceptionally well and old doors and window were removed from our home. Couldn't ask for a better job from anyone. Great value for the money. Would reccomend this company to anyone looking for window/door replacement.

Writing to you has actually been on my to-do list since your team finished yesterday. We unfortunately didn't get their names, but all three were excellent workers and very courteous people, and we are absolutely thrilled with the work they did. I don't like to use the word "professional", because you can be a professional and still not be very good, but your guys were very good. They knew exactly what to do (which is great since every house is a little different), and I was actually able to do two full days of work because they didn't really need anything from us other than to ask about our preferences for putting some trimwork into a non-level frame and what we wanted to do with the old doorbell wiring. We were also told about the tear in the screen and how it happened before we even saw it, and were assured on the spot that it would be taken care of. They also did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of both days, which is a big thing for me. We're extremely happy with the new doors and windows - we got exactly what we asked for and they look great! Thanks very much for your great advice and responsiveness in the planning stages, and please pass along our appreciation to the crew for doing such excellent work on the execution.

We had two sliding patio doors installed recently, one standard, one custom sized and the sales rep / installation team was GREAT !! Everyone was very professional, the installers were very skilled and cleaned up so well I wouldn't have known they were there for the day. We don't have one negative comment - truly. We were very impressed with this company.

We were very pleased with Casa Bella Windows when we had to replace most of our windows and all our exterior doors on our 15 year old home. We were very impressed with their service and knowledge and then more than pleased with the installation. They completed our extensive project as discussed - professionally and within the time frame promised. Options were presented and we agreed to make changes as per their recommendations.
