    Replace windows in Master bedroom & washroom as well as spare room

    From the salesman Ronnie to the installers everything was smooth and installation was meticulous and finished project was 10/10 I definitely would use them again and recommend CasaBella Windows & Doors to anyone looking to replace their windows

    Small job but very well done

    I was referred to Casabella Windows, they came over took the measurements and a few weeks later installed a perfect window. It fits perfectly and the installation was a breeze. Very satisfied customer

    Window installation for renovation project

    They came to replace 3 old windows with new black casing windows. Extremely professional, friendly, and caring. They came on time and completed the job in mid afternoon. They were very patient with questions I had before / after the installation. The windows look amazing, and they did wonderful jobs.

    Complete windows replacement

    Casa Bella hit it out of the park. Great sales and installation. Thanks to Ronnie and Bill (install mgr) for great service. Bill went above and beyond during the installation - even took care of some small items not part of the windows install. Ronnie provided a detailed sales quote and promptly followed up on any questions and concerns. Oh and the windows themselves are great too !

    Window remove and installation

    Just had my main floor and 2nd floor done last week. changed brick to brick from wood frame to vinyl Windows. The windows are top standard vinyl window with excellent sealant. I can tell right way when I took shower after the new windows are in. I’m sure my utility bill will come down significantly this year. Their service is even better than their top line product. From sales and estimating at the beginning to the actual installation later. Everyone is helpful and professional. They explained all my concerns and questions and were always there when I’m in need. They made sure I understand what I’m getting at the beginning and made great recommendations. They took care of everything during insallation and checked all installed windows to make sure there is nothing for me to worry about later. Even during this special COVID time I didn’t feel any inconvenience or delay in the whole process, everything was on schedule as they promised at the beginning. I’m super happy with my new windows now and I have great faith in their service if I ever need them further down the road. I will absolutely recommend them to my neighbours and friends!

    Replacing windows and doors

    From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Casa Bella. Ronnie was extremely informative and patient while I went through the different options that would best suit my home. Installation crew leader Simon had great communication skills throughout the entire process to make sure I was up to date on what was being completed and making sure it was installed to my satisfaction. My home was left very clean and looking spectacular with new windows and doors! thanks again!!!

    Good job!

    I am glad that i have ordered new windows from Casa Bella. First of all that was very nice to be assisted by Ronnie Pascua. He was always in touch giving me updates on a project's progress Second was a great installation team with a highly professional leader Simon. They did a great job: all 3 windows were installed in 7 hours. And they left the house clean. And third are the windows - well made. That was exactly what our old townhouse needed Thank you Casa Bella!

    Outstanding company

    This is not the first or last time I have used Casa Bella for both new build and renovations and I have been consistently impressed with the professionalism, level of detail and quality. From Erik in the office to Ricardo during the install, the leadership and passion for the trade is evident every step of the way.

    windows and doors

    We are extremely pleased with the project completed by Casa Bella. The windows and doors look amazing and most certainly add to the value of our home.
