My husband and I visited the store with a family member who had purchased from the store before. We met Param and she made some valuable suggestions to help us keep costs minimum while meeting our needs. She was also very helpful with colour choice and was attentive to our needs despite having many customers to attend to. I bought a 2 leather sofa's 11 years ago and they are still in great shape today. I have returned for 2 more sofa's which I have just received, and I am fully satisfied with them. Even with the current Covid concern the store was very easy to get a hold of and honest with timing. Parm is very easy to work with and very friendly. I will continue to return to Casa Leather for any of my needs and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for being accommodating and answering all my questions. Awesome!! Casa Leather Line is a great place to order your couch from. Parm is very professional and very helpful as I wanted a custom made couch. The price is very reasonable for a custom couch and it was worth the wait. I will recommended Casa Leather Line to friends and family. Delivery was on time and delivery men very helpful. Bought a custom Leather Sofa Set about 15 years ago with the top quality leather. You should see it today - it's still in perfect condition. We initially went there to get the seat cushions restuffed, but we decided to just order another couch set. Very excited about the replacement set. It is my humble opinion that you cannot beat the exceptional value and quality of Casa's products. In addition they look after their products should you have any problems down the road. Parm provided us with very knowledeable and patient advice with regard to our couch selection and also helped us decide the colour from their vast selection of leathers and colours. We received exceptional service. As I received a recommendation years ago to buy a couch set here, I would not hesitate to pass on my experience and recommend Casa Leather to anyone looking to purchase a couch set. My husband and I purchased a leather sofa from Casa Leather Line not too long ago. The owner was very helpful when recommending which furniture would best suit our home.They also had a wide variety of colours and fabrics for us to choose from. Is there a negative five-star option available? Because this is what this company will get. These people promised me everything just to make the final sale, and then when it came time to deliver, nothing. They took almost four months to complete the order, and did it really, really half-assed. Please save yourself a world of headaches and do not shop here.Answer from pro:
