We had a lot of rain last October (2011) and my master bedroom ceiling came crashing in along with a lot of water. Although my insurance company would only deal with the interior damage, they recommended Cherry and Clark. An estimator from Cherry and Clark was at my house the same day and I was given a firm quote and an approximate installation date. He also tarped the damaged area so no more water would come in. The installation happed about 3 days earlier than originally scheduled and I received a phone call to confirm the change in date. The installers were on time, were extremely efficient, and left no evidence on the ground that they had been there; in other words, very clean. I was invoiced for the total and the invoice was accurate. I would highly recommend Cherry and Clerk to perform any roof installations or repairs.

An excellent estimator started off this great experience with Cherry & Clark. Quotes from three others were comparable, but Cherry and Clark took the time to talk to me and explain me service completely.. so I went with them. Roof was replaced while at work! and Quite happy with it now. Found a lot of roofing nails around after. Overall and excellent experience.

The roof got done today, a few days before Christmas! It was a b..ger of a job, as the roof is a Mansard Roof with steel siding. They had to construct a platform with angles to allow the water to drain through the downspouts at either ends of the roof, used a membrane instead of tar and gravel, and replace the breather vents with extruded vents. Husband checked the work and he is very happy with the change and the quality of work. I guess the roof should be trouble free for quite a while, and maybe this will help with the insurance premiums. Done on time and no surprises. Good workmanship. Can't tell the repaired area from the original. Cost was what was estimated. Didn't ask for cash up front, was willing trusted me enough to bill me.

Excellent job by Cherry and Clarke Roofing. This was a small job to install flashing at the front of my house to prevent water leakage into my front foyer. All work was completed when estimate. The job site was left tidy. There was even a follow-up call to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. Great job will definitely call them when I need my roof shingled.

We engaged C&C to do some minor repair to our gutters and replace our roof shingles. For our home, C&C was reasonably priced. Most importantly to us, C&C was professional, very responsive, reasonable and accomodating, knowledgeable and prompt. We also particularly appreciated the time they took to walk through different options and their patience in respect of the same. For us, our roof is an important component of our home and being comfortable about the quality of the work and decisions made in respect of the same was important to us. They provided that level of comfort through ongoing discussion. Finally, the actual installers were delightful to deal with, professional, clean and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend C&C for your roofing needs.

After receiving a number of quotes to replace our roof this year we decided to go with Cherry & Clark after being very impressed with Paul that came out to do the quote and the research we had done on the company. We were actually booked to have the roof replaced on the day in July that broke heat records. The gentlemen of the repair crew wanted to make sure we were okay that they would finish at noon that day. I can't believe that they would want to do any work on a roof that day at all! Of course finishing early was not a problem! The only issue I can say is the clean up wasn't as thorough as we would have liked. We have a 5 year old and a puppy and we found too many roofing nails that were not picked up by the magnet.

The person, who did the estimate (Paul) was very thorough and explained different options and costs and patiently asnswered all the questions The team that did the roof was very good. Any issues that were noticed during the job were quickly commnicated to me by the foreman (Trevor) and a solution and the cost was explained (e.g. installing vents at the bottom of the roof to improve ventilation). Any small defficiencies that I noticed after the job was completed were fixed very quickly. Evestroughs team (foreman: Sean) was excellent as well, did a very good job. Some of the details of the job that were explained to me by Paull, seem to not have been fully communicated to the Evestroughs team, but the people at the Cherry and Clark quickly dispatched the team back and had it corrected with no quesiton or arguments. Aluminum capping above the window was done well as well. Before charging the balance to the Credit Card that I left as a payment - the billing department would call me and ask me if I was satisfied with the job and if they can proceed with billing the balance. They did it after the Roof and capping was completed and after the Evestroughs were completed (since they were on 2 separate contracts). And they would not charge the card until I was satisfied that the job was completed. Overall I was very satisfied with the company on every step of their execution from selling to billing.

We've had a very positive experience dealing with this company. The salesman (Steve) was knowledgeable, pleasant and provided a competitive quote. We selected the company because of that, and their known reputation for quality and service after the job. We have a good sized roof and on the appointed day, the crew of 4 experienced installers showed up sharp at 7:30am and worked quickly and diligently. They stripped the old shingles, installed ice and water shield, drip edge, 4 new vents, new flashing, and new shingles; and were finished by 3pm the same day! The shingling job was beautifully done and they thoroughly cleaned up our property before they left. What's not to like?

Standard job to remove old shingles and install new shingles on a relatively uncomplicated roof. Quote and information was provided by Allan, courteous and informative. Work was undertaken within two weeks, we were called ahead about dates and were able to delay it for our schedule. Work completed within one day. Looks good. Site was cleaned up nicely. We had some simple plastic eavestrough leaf guards that were lost during the process, but C&C came back within a day or so of our call and installed an equivalent system.
