    Home Inspection

    Brent did a pre-purchase home inspection for us of an older house in downtown Toronto. We are first time home buyers and Brent really took his time explaining all of the necessary repairs and possible upgrades to us. He found knob and tube wiring that the sellers were not aware of, and gave us realistic quotes on all necessary repairs. Punctual, flexible and friendly. I would recommend Brent without hesitation!

    Home Inspection

    Very professional and thorough. We bought a house in a new subdivision in Whitby. The site supervisor came by when he saw Brent up on the roof and gave him a hard time but he remained very professional. He continued doing his job and gave us a very thorough report within a couple of days complete with photos of what he found should be fixed. Was also very reasonably priced and came all the way to Whitby on fairly short notice. We found Brent on homestars and would highly recommend to others.

    Home Inspection

    We had Brent do a pre-inspection of an older home and he did an amazing job finding issues my real estate agent and I totally missed. He is extremely competent in his work, knows everything about houses and how to fix them, and is very generous in providing clarification. Unlike other bigger companies, he provides verification of leaks using a thermal imager at no additional cost and does his best to help you find a home that will cause you the least problems. Brent goes above and beyond the services of a home inspector. I will recommend him to everyone I know without hesitation.

    Home Inspection

    We called Brent to inspect our potential new home. We were able to book him last minute, very professional and pleasant. Checked everything from top to bottom. Great service and would definitely recommend and call Brent again. Thanks Brent!!

    Home Inspection

    I contacted Brent via SMS at 11:30PM for a home inspection arrangement for the next day. I knew it's late and didn't expect any responses that night. Not only he responded in a couple minutes but also arranged the inspection the next day - This is very important to me as it's gonna snow the day after. The inspection went on very well, Brent came on time and checked thoroughly throughout the house. Will definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

    Home Inspection

    The inspection was really through and well explained. Their was't really much to find but Brent looked everywhere, including in the walls with his thermal camera, when necessary. If this deal doesn't pan out i will use Brent's services again, and i will refer him to anyone who needs an inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Never used a home inspector before so didn't know what to expect. Decided to go with Brent due to the highly rated reviews on this site. Brent, not only came on short notice, he arrived early, and was able to perform the inspection in 2hrs (the only time window given to us by the owner), He quickly found 3 water leaks in the house and a few repaired leaks. I appreciated Brent's easy going personality, accuracy in finding the leaks, explaining to me how his equipment worked, and most of all, offering up suggestions on how to repair some of the minor issues. He's an honest straight forward guy that doesn't nickel and dime you and most of all, he can find the leaks and other issues in the biggest purchase of your life. I'd recommend him every time.

Nonetheless, don't be disheartened, there will be one out there with your name on it! I hope the people who paid $140K over asking in the bidding war know there are three water leaks in the basement that they are going to have to address. Maybe they will realize it when they take over the home sometime in April when all this snow melts and there’s a great big thaw. Hope they have some good rubber boots to wear for the basement.     Inspection for our first home

    I contacted Brent with short notice and he manage to meet us next day, he took the time to check every detail and took lots of pictures of the house and mention what had to be adressed, he was very friendly and explain clearly whatever question we had, especially being a first time buyer. We highly recommend his services

    home inspection

    We used this company for two separate home inspections (each costing over $300). Brent, the inspector, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explains what he is doing along the way and what he is fining. He also gives concrete suggestions on making improvements (without trying to sell you on anything). He is very thorough; even went up the roof during winter. Overall, we had a good experience.

    Home Inspecting

    I hired Mr.Brent about a week ago. He showed up right on time, did inspection over the snow covered ice roofs without hesitation.Check every thing even we can't see or beyond reach. Found 4 leaking inside, 2 out side. which could be a disaster later on. Well armed with decent equipments. Above all his price was very competetive. I defenitly recommend him as an accompany for the first step of you precious home purchasing.
