If you are looking for getting the job done right with no hassles then go no further. This is a contractor that really cares about doing it right. Had a new furnace air conditioner installed on time and hassle free. Borris explained what was needed and provided what we felt was a very fair price.

If your looking for any home heating or cooling replacements, give Boris a call. No dissapointments....can't say much more than what's already been said. Thanks Boris for being a straight up guy and thanks Cam for the great instalation.Do yourself a favour and call Cozy World!!!!!!

Boris took the time to explain the options and pricing. I called two weeks before job date to change my options and Boris reduced the price accordingly. Kam and his crew did an excellent job installing the furnace and a/c. They were professional, polite, courteous, and kept the job site clean. An average household does not replace furnace or a/c very often—may be once every 15-20 years. A way of bringing repeat business to Cozy World is to introduce friends and relatives to Cozy World. That is what I plan to do. Thanks Cozy World.

I have had Cozy World recommended by two different persons... (One recommended them to my wife and a colleague to me...). That coincidence suggested me that they might be the company that I want to do the job for me. Boris came for an estimation and I liked the fact that he was honest and there were no hidden costs. The estimated provided cost was the final cost, not a penny more and I want to say that I did my homework as prices from different companies. Cozy World had the best price and a good combination product quality and price, not talking about warranty. On the other hand I am a difficult customer as I am looking to have done a good job (perfect job...). I could not have any comments when Kam's team came over and did the job. I liked that they were very organized, polite, answering to all my questions (and not few...) everyone knew what it should be doing and sure enough the job was done like I wanted which I appreciate. Very clean job. I had installed furnace + AC + humidifier and plenum, moved the water tank and rotated the furnace with 180. I would recommend them anytime to anyone.

From our initial meeting to the actual install, service was excellent. Boris spent almost an hour explaining and showing me the options I had to consider for the install...before I signed up. Kam the installer was a true pro and the rest of the team were very polite and friendly. I actually had to leave while they finished the install. When I returned, the basement was probably neater then is was before they started. My final invoice was actually lower than the estimate becuase there were tasks we originally had decided were necessary that turned out not to be. I would have never known unless they told me... Very happy.

My new furnace and Air Conditioner were installed fully in 1 day. The place was left clean and tidy. The crew were polite, presentable and good workers. Add the 10 year complete coverage and competition beating price and I recommend them to everyone. It's a Goodman furnace and AC - both far quieter than the former equipment, and much more efficient. There was no sales pressure and no technospeak to confuse you in the original proposal from Boris either - straight forward and they delivered entirely what they said they would.

I got four esitimates and Boris was the only one to explain the BTU ratings (input vs output) and how a new 95% efficient furnace produce the same heat output as an older higher rated mid efficiency furnance. Not only was Cozy World cheaper than the others when comparing same size units, but I was able to install a smaller unit adding to the savings. When it came time to do the work, it was just as Boris said it would be. No surprises. Kam and crew were professional and did a great, clean job. I's been about two weeks now and so far the system is running perfectly. I'm very happy with the entire project, and recommend this company to anyone. It's nice to know there are still some great companies with good old fashioned values around.

After having my energy audit done, it was time to replace my 40 year old furnace !!! and AC. Best quote was from CozyWorld - in fact about $2000 cheaper than Direct energy for exact same equipment. Boris is a knowledgeable and Honest person. The crew, Kam's, came at 9 am and after working hard and professionally finished and cleaned up at about 4 pm. Now i have a 95% high efficiency gas furnace and 15 seer high efficiency AC. Only had chance to use AC during summer and the new furnace is years ahead of my old clunker ). Can't wait to start saving money also this winter with the heating furnace. After i call back the energy auditor i should get back about 1/2 or more of the total cost in energy rebates to boot !!
