All and all a great experience! From the first on site meeting with Robert to the installation with Mehrdad + his colleague the Cozy World team was phenomenal. I needed to replace the furnace and since the AC unit was old I asked for a quote on both and Form there we left the AC unit optional and dependent on the condition of the AC coil. I received 3 quotes and Cozy World was competitive and throughout Robert recommended the units that seemed to best suit my particular situation and budget. During the install Mehrdad and his colleague laid down sheets to keep the house tidy during the removal of the old unit and install of the new furnace unit. Cozy World was quick to return my calls and answer any questions and did exactly what they said they would for the quoted cost and without any hassles. I have already recommended Cozy World to friends and colleagues. I will continue to use them for service as needed.

Farhad (Fred) and his team are excellent. Farhad came to give a detailed quote which was well-priced and put me in contact with a home energy auditor for the home energy rebate. His team took care of all manufacturer rebates and warranty registrations. On the day of installation, his team of two installers were professional, courteous and took the time required to install the furnace carefully. There was a last minute addition on my part (concrete pad on which the furnace sits to avoid water damage) which they kindly went to buy without any additional charge.

Cozy was great to work with. For the install, Mehrdad was very good at discussing options for routing the vent pipes and reviewed the pros and cons for each option and let me decide which one to go with. Quality of work was very good and they made sure the furnace wiring was all good with the new thermostat that i was installing myself. Overall a very good experience and competatively priced too.

I obtained a few quotes to replace my furnace and A/C unit. Cozy World was not the cheapest, but was reasonably priced. What made me ultimately decide on Cozy World was how responsive and accommodating Farhad was. He is always accessible by phone or text, he showed up on time to our appointment, and was very thorough in explaining the options. Saeed installed both our furnace and A/C. He did a great job moving the A/C unit from the back of the house to the side of the house. All of the piping and cabling was neatly managed and looked very professional. After he was done, he took some time to explain the work that he did as well as potential issues I should look out for. You could tell that Saeed took pride in his work. I would highly recommend Cozy World for the great customer service and quality of work.

Cozy World did a great job with replacing my furnace and AC. They came on short notice when my AC broke down in the summer and complete the work with great quality. Really appreciate it. Yan

Our old AC gave up the ghost. I did a lot of research calling other suppliers and reviewing models that were available. I had my mind set on a different manufacturer, however after speaking with Boris at Cozy World we went with an Amana which I'm very happy we did. It has a great warranty and is exceptionally quiet, better than the old jet engine we had before. The installation was fast and they came on a Sunday (which I could not believe) as my wife has respiratory problems. The even fixed a few issue's that we part of the original installation when the house was built. I can't say enough about these guys they did a fantastic job and we will be going with them when we replace our furnace. As a consumer you would be crazy to go with anybody else.

Boris and Shabbar were great. This was out 2nd interaction with Cozy after purchasing a new AC unit and Furnace at our old home in 2014. Our new home's AC unit stopped working and I thought a new unit was inevitable but Shabbar had us back up and running in an hour for only $200. Great responsive service as usual!

My old A/C unit was not cooling the home. After reaching out to Cozy World Inc they quickly analyzed the issue. Farhad gave me a quick run down of the costs to just repair or to fully replace the A/C unit. I chose to replace. The guys that did the installation came and were excellent in their work, polite and professional. They exceeded my expectations and brought full value for the cost of the job. Our AC stopped working the day before we left on vacation. I found Cozy World on Homestars. At the tail end of our vacation, I called and spoke to with Fred and he booked an appointment the morning after we returned home from our trip. Our technician, Shabbar, called prior to his prompt arrival in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed our unit within an hour. He was extremely professional and courteous. We were very lucky that we didn’t have to wait to get our AC fixed after coming home from vacation in the heat of the summer thanks to Cozy World. My experience with this company was fantastic. Robert came to my house for free consultation. He explained different systems in great details and answered my questions patiently. He was very professional and was not pushing for sale. The installers were on time and professional. I will definitely recommend this company and Robert to my friends. Great service and price.
