I called 4 different places about replacing my old furnace and air conditioner. Boris from Cozy World provided options and best explanation out of all other salesmen who came by. Hardware was installed by Kam and assistant. They were very friendly and explained what was involved in the installation. They had to open 2 holes in my basement ceiling to pull exhaust out to the back of the house. The holes were small and covered properly afterwards. Guys cleaned up the debris well after the job was done. The furnace (SLP98V) has been working well since installed, very quiet. I tested the AC (13ACX), a lot quieter than my old one. Very satisfied with this job, if I decide to replace water tank or install humidifier I will call these guys again.

Boris and his team were informative, polite, professional, and quick. They let us know in advance what would be involved in replacing our broken down furnace (including the need also to replace our water heater to meet the gas Code), and were very clear about our options. Their price was lowest (by a good margin), and the installation went very smoothly and neatly. After installation, Boris took care of registering the product with the manufacturer and advising us about how to apply for energy rebates. He also checked in to see how the equipment was working after one week. I wish all home contacting/service projects could go as smoothly as this one did. I would highly recommend Cozy World -- we are thoroughly pleased with their superlative work.

Coordination of the work with Boris Sherman was seamless & perfect as he was able to accommodate us on very short notice to my inlaws old ac & furnace. The crew was able to complete the work in one day and removed and disposed of the old units and left the job site in the same clean original condition. They handled all the paperwork and submitted the warranty and rebates. My inlaws were very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend Cozy World. Additionally Cozy World installed our Ac and furnace approximately 10 years ago and were deeply satisfied with their professionalism and reliable furnace and ac installation/operation that we didn't hesitate to highly recommend them to family and friends over the years. Fred, the Cozy World sales representative, delivered a very competitive bid to help us to make our final decision. The installers arrived as agreed and delivered a professional installation. The job was done to our satisfaction. Subsequent to the install, Fred helped us to get all the rebates we qualified for. I'm a very satisfied customer, and would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World to anybody considering a new furnace or ac.

Cozy World was absolutely superb from start to finish. Fred met with me and explained all of my options very thoroughly. I had limited dates in which I could be available for the installation, but he was able to accommodate me on my day off. His workers were extremely professional. They made every effort to be careful when bringing in the units and ensured that everything was cleaned up before they left. If we had any questions, they were always ready to respond. The system itself is excellent. Just as Fred had said, the furnace is incredibly quiet. We are absolutely happy with both the product and the installation.
