    basement carpeting

    I was recommended Danforth Carpet Connection by a friend. Tony was a professional from start to finish, making himself available in the evening for a quote and also showing a competitive price. The quality of finish was great and Tony made sure I was entirely happy with the finished product before charging the balance. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

    carpet insallation

    Excellent customer service, Bobby installed the carpet efficiently. He was a true professional. Very pleased with my new carpet.

    BAD CARPET INSTALLATION, POOREST JOB EVER

    Basement - fixing water damaged carpet

    Under a time crunch because visitors were arriving, Tony arrived with carpet samples and assessed the situation. The carpet needed to be replaced. That same day he arranged for old carpet and underpad removal to allow the area to dry. Two days later the underpad and carpet were installed - two days earlier than promised. We are very happy with our "new" basement. Tony also assisted with our insurance claim by providing us with clear, concise documentation. Thank you Tony!

    replace basement carpet and subfloor

    Tony was a pleasure to deal with - he came by with plenty of samples, laid them out, explained the pros and cons of each one - how they would wear, ease of cleaning etc. - and made the selection process easy. The installation was complicated by the presence of some built-in cabinets but nonetheless the subfloor was installed, and it and the carpet have been great. My one criticism is that the installation started later than we were told it would, and took more days than expected. However, Tony and his installers did stay late to finish the job, well into the evening.

    Stair runner

    Everything was done quickly and beautifully. Lots of sample carpets to choose from. The team was helpful and professional.

    Carpeting two rooms

    To complete the decorating and renovations that I am currently doing to my home, I wanted two rooms to have to wall carpeting. I prefer to support local businesses and I found Danforth Carpet Connection. Aside being helpful, friendly and accommodating; the job went much faster than I expected. Well done. Thanks Tony.

    Basement carpet and stairs

    We were very pleased with the service from Danforth Carpet Connection, who put in carpet on our basement main-room floor and stairs. Tony helped us choose the carpet, measured the space (which is quite irregularly shaped!), and gave us a quote. When the installer came, Tony was there to check at the start of the job, and later again at the end of it, to make sure we were happy. The installer did a good job. We were pleased with the whole process, and will certainly go back again if we have further carpet or flooring needs. It's great that this is a local business and Tony provides more hands-on supervision than a big-box store.
