Ed has been painting, hanging paper and doing minor repairs in my mother's home and in our home for over 25 years. We have recommended Ed to many of our friends and they have all been very pleased with the quality of his work, his cleanliness and his reliability. I would not think of hiring anyone but Ed.

Ed and Jay painted the interior of our house. The quote was reasonably priced and the work completed was fantastic. Furniture was moved, covered and put back again properly. They worked quickly, completing the house in 5 days, yet the work was very professional. Andrea and I would highly recomend Decorators Choice for any painting required and will be using them again in the future.

We picked Decorator's choice based on homestar reviews and we were very happy with the exceptional service. Ed and his crew helped finish (fill/sand/prime and paint) a vaulted ceiling, crown moulding and paint our family room and kitchen. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards (unlike the carpenters). Best of all Ed and his crew was able to complete work in less than 4 days, just in time for us to put a christmas tree this weekend. Would highly recommend and will use again for painting projects in the future.

I was referred to Ed and his company, Decorators Choice, by a friend. I just moved into a new home and wanted to complete various projects right away to 'personalize' my new investment. First step was to hire the right painters. Ed came in to quote me on the job and right away, I knew he was my guy. I wanted the main floor and second floor completely redone, old wall paper removed, new coats of paint, restoring the fireplace mantle, etc. He walked the house with me and provided me with a fair estimate of what needed to be done and the associated costs. There was a lot of prep involved, and I wanted to bring the beautiful millwork (wainscoting and trim) to life, & freshen the look and feel of my new home. Ed, Iris and his project team, Jason & Matt, were the ultimate professionals in every way. The quality of their work was higher than I could ever expect, every little detail was covered. They were also very patient with me as I explored different colour and finish options, I think I changed my mind over a dozen times, and Ed was so accommodating, he rolled a few coats of paint in 1 room first so that I could better appreciate what the paint would look like on the actual walls vs a paint chip fan book. Well, the work is now completed, and I could not be more happy and satisfied with the job that Ed and his team did for me. Their professionalism is unmatched, as is their attention to detail. Everything looks brand new, all of the old flaws gone. I would highly recommend Decorators Choice to anyone, I know I will use them exclusively for all my future decorating needs. They completed the work on time, honoured the original quote and kept my house very clean and liveable as they did their work. Converted a portion of our home to create a seperate clinic space. Jordan did an excellent job. The project involved carpetry, drywalling, flooring, painting and decorating. He provided ideas and gave his expert opinion for many items needed throughout this project. He provided a quote detailing all items required. The work was completed ON-TIME and ON-BUDGET and the quality of the work speaks for itself. I would recommend hiring Jordan to anyone.

I am very happy with the work that Ed and his crew has done. They are efficient, professional, very careful with floors and furniture and they did a fantastic job. I am picky when comes to painting, so often I rather to paint the walls myself to make sure the details are taken cared. The house was freshly painted when we bought it last year. The previous professional painting work was not so professional, so I just wanted to get things done myself to ensure the job are done perfectly. But I am too slow – all my weekends end up with paint cans and paint brushes and I only completed a couple of small projects for the entire year. I am so glad that I called Ed – found them from Homestars. The job was done perfectly, beyond what I could accomplish myself and all done in one day! They filled scratches, holes, sanded and painted. They covered the floors, the cupboard doors and furniture and they are quiet! Would recommend them to anyone needs painting done, and I would definitely hire them again for future projects!

We found Ed and Iris on Homestars and after working with them, I can say first hand that they are everything AND MORE than the great reviews say they are. Iris is a fantastic colour consultant and helped us with some tricky colours, and the paint work itself is beyond amazing (can u tell I'm overjoyed?!). We hired Decorators Choice to paint our house on recommendation of a friend when we moved about 8 years ago. When we moved again this past August, we hired Ed and his crew to do some touch ups at our old house and paint most of the rooms at our new house. Ed is not only a fantastic painter, but he is also a pleasure to deal with; always accomodating your every request and making suggestions where necessary. His prices are reasonable and unless you need extra work (which he will discuss with you before he goes ahead with it) he charges exactly what he quotes and does the job on time. Also, Ed does a great job of cleaning up when the job is all done. We would highly recommend Decorators Choice for all your painting needs.

The work at our house was very time-consuming and tedious - stripping off old paint, patching holes, etc. While other companies didn't even want to quote on the work, Decorator's Choice gave us a great rate and the work done was terrific. Jordan was always arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and did an amazing job. We were more than pleased with the results.
