Braedon came to do annual maintenance and was extraordinarily knowledgeable and skilled. He returned to do some work to replace a purifier and condensate pump that were damaged due to a flood that we had in the home. Quote was significantly less than other Companies with same manufacturer of furnace and heat pump. Very pleased with Jordan who explained the different types of furnaces thorough knowledge of the products Delta offered. Installation was prompt as well as coordinating the removal of the oil tank. Best experience that I have had from a contractor in years! From the quoting stage, which included a better suggestion of placement of the unit that competitive quotes, to the day of install and clean up after the job. Very Impressed! These people know thier business. Final note; I am approaching my 2nd lawn cut since the Delta sifn was placed on my lawn. I will be putting it back in place again. Very happy with the service!
