I have had Des pick up household/construction waste for me on two separate occasions. He was a friendly and honest man and a pleasure to deal with. In addition, I found his prices very competitive. I would highly recommend him.

We had almost two tonnes of renovation debris that we had to get rid of so we called Des, based on the reviews found here. He promptly dropped off a full sized dumpster bin the very same day which we could use for an entire week. The pricing was transparent and very reasonable, price of bin rental plus the dump fee, which is the price he pays, no markup, and depends on how much waste you have. His service was timely, pleasant and impeccable and we would definitely call upon him again if the need arises.

I needed a bin for a minor home reno and called Des. He was very professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. He even offered to let me have the bin for a few extra days.

I called Des after reading reviews here. Before I called him, I had received an onsite quote from one of those big companies with lots of trucks. For the amount of waste lumber we had, I just couldn't agree to their price, it seemed exorbitant. I was planning to rent a truck and haul it myself, but called Des O'leary first. Des was very friendly, came in good time, and gave a quote that was HALF the cost of the 'big guys'. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up-even sweeped the area. I'm impressed. On top of it all, he was a genuinely nice guy. I'll use his services again. Highly recommended!

After ripping out layers of flooring during renovations, it was getting hard to maneuver through our garage because of all of the garbage we had accumulated (approx two pick-up trucks full). I called Des one morning based on the homestar reviews. Des returned my voicemail within the hour, and said he was in the area and could stop by to give us an estimate. Des showed up minutes later, provided an amazing quote and all of the garbage was gone within the hour. What a relief it was to have all of the garbage gone, and SO quickly (in under two hours since my initial inquiry). Des is a very friendly guy, and if and when we have more stuff to get rid of, we will give him a call. We have done the transfer station route, and have found that using Des is by far the most economic and practical solution. I will recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. Thanks Des!

We wanted to start demolishing our old kitchen (countertops, vinyl flooring, linoleum underneath, plywood undelayment). I foolishly didn't quite plan ahead and wound up calling Mr. O'Leary to rent a dumpster on a long-weekend Saturday afternoon. Mr. O'Leary's communication was excellent and his price very reasonable. He managed to get us the dumpster on the long-weekend Monday and, although the contract was for 5 days' rental, let us keep it for an extra couple of days since it wasn't booked; we finished ripping up the flooring and were happy to have it gone. Would definitely use again next time we need a dumpster, and would most certainly recommend to anyone else.

we moved last year and some renovation done on the property. Some renovation debris (tiles, old kitchen cabinets, moldings, etc.) and leftover junk from the previous owner (plant pots, hockey sticks, fire logs, etc.) were piling up. And I decided to give O'leary Disposal a call. Des came to my house within an hour and took all of them in about half an hour for a very reasonable price. I can see that he is a hard working, honest man and pleasant to talk to. I recommend this company to anyone living in Toronto.

I can't say enough about Mr. O'Leary. His service is excellent, he is prompt, efficient and always has time to do a pick up. I have hired him twice, once to remove renovation debris, and a second time to get rid of garbage when we were decluttering our house to sell it. I am just about to hire him a third time to help us with our new house. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wow .. this company is amazing. I called at 7am. They arrived the same morning at 10 and by noon it was as if all that fencing and yard debris had never existed! Half of the cost was dumping charges so I found the price extremely reasonable. I will call them again for sure next time I need a junk removed!

This is the second time I've used Des for a small job (old TV and desktop computer) and I couldn't be happier. Although I was somewhat out of Des' main service area, he was very accommodating when I explained my situation, and showed up within half an hour after agreeing to pick up my items. He's an honest and hard-working man, and his prices can't be beat. Thanks again Des, I'm sure I'll be using you again and recommending your services to my friends and colleagues!
