    Great & Friendly Service!

    Aiman was great. Walked me through the process, and explained the steps he will be taking. He was very informative and tackled the job right away. I reffered him to my brother and inlaws.

    Wonderful service!

    Wonderful service, prompt, professional and courteous. Explained everything from start to finish, no surprises. Aiman is a superstar, will definately use them again. They gave my really dirty ducts (I just moved in) a thorough cleaning.

    Duct cleaning

    Excellent service from Aman. He explained the quote and service step-by-step. No damages nor trash left. No complaints. Recommended beyond doubts. Very punctual. Took about 2 hours to complete. Thanks!&

    Very very pleased!

    We had a very good experience with Dial One. Joe was great in booking a next day appointment and in giving us an accurate estimate. Aimon, the serviceman, arrived early and went straight to work. We were very pleased with the work and with the service. Aimon explained everything carefully as he worked his way through the house and the service included cleaning the furnace filters as well. Aimon answered all questions and even took before and after photos. We would definitely recommend this company!

    Great service

    Aiman was the professional who helped us with this service. He was very prompt on arrival and was kind enough to explain each step of the process. He even provided us advice on furnace maintenance as well.

    On Time, Very Professional Cleaning

    Aiman did the job at my home today after Joe booked the appointment for the same week as my call while other companies were pushing me out by at least 2-3weeks. Aiman arrived right on time and explained the entire process very patiently with a lot of details. Went about his job very professionally and thoroughly, showing me pics whenever possible. Finished the job in about 1.5-2 hrs. After the bathroom reno and carpet to hardwood replacement in the 2 floors, the home feels clean and fresh again. Performed the complementary dryer duct cleaning as well. Highly recommended.

    I can’t believe what was in my ducts! Thanks Aiman!

    Let me start by saying I had a horrible experience with a cheaply duct cleaning service years back...I put a lot of research into finding the right service providers. During my review I was impressed to see all the 5 star reviews for Dial One, especially the technician Aiman. So I booked based on these reviews. I was so pleasantly surprised when Aiman showed up at my home. He has a lot of passion and knowledge that was evident as he worked and engaged me. He shared step by step what the process would be, showed me the interior of the ducts while he cleaned and even did the dryer vent! It makes a difference to work with a professional knowledgeable team like Dial One! Thank you Aiman, there is already a difference in the air.

    Efficient duct cleaning job

    Aiman did a great job cleaning the duct for my new home. He arrived on time, and patiently explained to me how the cleaning process works. He nicely answered my questions during the service. It was done in ~ an hour. Aiman also showed me pictures of the duct from before vs after the cleaning. Very satisfied by his service.

    Very happy with my clean ducts

    After searching duct cleaning companies and selecting Dial One we were not disapointed. Aiman came to our house and explained every step along the way. We have pets and had not cleaned our ducts in a long time. He was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. We can't believe how much fur and dirt was caught in them. We would highly recommend him and Dial One.... and next time we won't wait so long.
