    Dryer vent cleaning.

    Tyler was on time (actually early), very knowledgeable and helpful. Right away he said the dryer vent cap should be replaced since it was poorly designed and that alone made a huge difference with air flow. He cleaned out the duct while I went out and purchased a new cap and then he installed that for me. Clothes are now drying in under an hour. I would recommend this company. Very efficient and good communication!

Looks like the ones they used should of been for a plumbing stack or maybe a washroom exhaust only. But it's all corrected now. We should keep close eyes on dry time. Because of the vertical,gravity is always against us and wet lint falls down. So maybe a year maybe 2. We should revisit this or even you can go up and take a look.     Duct Cleaning Following Home Renovation

    Requested quotation on Homestars, Joe responded quickly and answered all my questions. Scheduled for a few days later. His assoicated Tyler showed up on time and did his work. Showed us before and after photos. Done quick and well! Thank you

    Duct cleaning - old home

    Joe and his partner cleaned the ducts in my old midtown Toronto home this fall. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and service. We doubt the ducts had ever been cleaned before, and Joe was honest about their condition, showing the before and after and ensuring future access for cleaning would be easy. Thanks guys!

    Wouldn't have my ducts cleaned by anyone else

    After calling around to get quotes for getting the ducts cleaned in our new house, I had a good 20 minute conversation with Joe about lingering odours in our house, and possible causes and scenarios. I got an honest opinion and could tell he knew what he was talking about. He showed up with his partner on time and spent a good two hours doing a through clean, explaining the process as he progressed and offered additional helpful tips along the way. Incredibly knowledgable, thorough and efficient. He even followed up a few days later to see if there was a noticeable improvement with the air quality, which there definitely has been. Owning a new home that had the ducts cleaned out by the builder's contractors prior to moving in, I was on the fence about having the ducts cleaned out again. After seeing the amount of junk (building materials, dust, etc.) that came out of the ducts (something Joe encouraged me to watch as he connected the vacuums at the multiple points he prepped), I was completely shocked and glad I was having it done PROPERLY by him. If you move into a new home, don't hesitate like I did, hire Joe and his team for the job. Absolutely stellar experience. 10/10. Thanks Joe!

    Duct Cleaning

    Joe and his partner arrived at my home ahead of schedule and completed the job within 1.5 hours. They were neat, leaving my home as they found it and respectful of the property while on site. Joe was willing to share before and after photos of my ducts which I appreciated. It was easy to contact and book the appointment and they were able to accommodate the date I requested on short notice. I would feel no hesitation in using this service again.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned by this very professional team. A few days later, we had an air conditioning issue, Joe was very prompt in getting back to us, and resolved the situation while explaining the process to us. He even called us back a week later to follow up and asked if there were any other concerns. We will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Joe and your team.

    Duct Cleaning following home renovation

    Following 5 months of basement renovation the house required deep cleaning including the ducts. Joe and the team did an amazing job and offered valuable tips for maintaining the newly-cleaned duct work in a friendly and professional manner.     Duct cleaning throughout

    We had a recent bathroom renovation and last time the house was duct cleaned was two years ago so we decided to do the duct cleaning once again. We didn't go back to the previous cleaning company because I felt we were very likely scxmmed last time - when the guys came and told me there was mold growing inside the house and whoever lived there were dying - pretty scary stuff and then I was asked to pay something like $1,000 and after the guy gave his manager a call, it was reduced to $750 (on top of the $250 cleaning fees I paid). There are actually Youtube videos on this type of duct cleaning scxms - customer beware. This time, however, we are very impressed by Joe and his assistant's professionalism and friendly manner. They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, which allowed them plenty of time to prepare. Their work is quite efficient. Joe did some quick explanation of their work plan and got right into it shortly afterwards. They pay attention to details and treated my home like theirs - including keep the working area as clean as possible. When I asked questions, Joe showed his patience and made sure they got resolved. I don't feel like I needed to be around ( to supervise). The results were very impressive - Joe also checked my 18/19 year-old furnace and cleaned it as well. When I told Joe last time the other cleaning company told me there were only 2-3 years remaining on the poor furnace, Joe said he didn't see any needs to replace it in the near term, given the dry condition of the blower, so it could last for quite a long time. For those who are in need of a thorough and 100%-satisfaction guaranteed duct cleaning, I highly recommend Dial One and Joe. I would certainly go back to them when the next time is up (or even when I have any questions about ventilation or furnace/AC).     Highly Recommend!

    We had our ducts cleaned by Tyler, post renovation. He was prompt, friendly, and thorough! We requested before and after pictures prior to beginning and he was able to show us the difference: amazing! Thank you so much Tyler for your great service!
