    Duct Cleaning

    I have used this company twice for duct cleaning. Both times they were on time, very effecient, professional and offered advice on how to minimize dust build up in the home. Their price is competitive and I would definitely recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning

    Very professional, timely, thorough and clean and helpful in providing information on general maintenance and minimising heat loss. I will definitely recommend Dial One to anyone who requires their services.

    Duct cleaning

    Wil was helpful, courteous and answered my questions with patience and useful information. he explained the procedure thouroughly, He reffered me to this site for other contractors which I thought made him very trustworthy

    Duct Cleaning

    I was very impressed with the professionalism on the phone and in person. I really appreciated the amount of information I was given about what would be done and how. The dryer vent, humidifier, air condioning coil and furnace were all cleaned out. They use a tool to help remove any debris and high psi pressure on both ends. They also use an all natural disinfectant when they are finished. They do not limit the number of ducts they do-they actually do them all regardless of how many you have. He told me exactly what he found (ie cement in the ducts from when we had our floors done which the previous duct cleaning company did not remove or tell me about). This apparently lasts for 3-5 years which I did not know and was glad to hear. This also makes the price worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. I think this is the first review I have ever written so it tells you how pleased I am.

    Duct & Furnace Cleaning

    I recently had Dial One clean my ducts and furnace. We recently built a new home and the drywall dust and other debris was heavy. Joe explained everything over the phone in a very professional manner and Wil onsite was truly fabulous. He was courteous (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), efficient and engaging. He took the time to explain the procedure/work and involved me in viewing for myself the state of the ducts and to view progress as it went along. He also offered several tips and advice on how to maintain good air quality and clean ducts and furnace. He stayed until everything was properly completed and didn't cut any corners whatsoever. A truly pleasurable service experience, I'd highly recommend Dial One.

    Duct Cleaning

    Dial One duct cleaning was very efficient as they responded to my call and had a technician at my house all within 48 hours. Will showed up on time and was very efficient and informative in regards to the current state of my duct system. He spent the time to ensure the job was completed to my standard, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a duct cleaning!

    Duct Cleaning

    I called Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning and spoke to Joe who was extremely friendly and knowledgable. His customer service was excellent. He reviewed his services in detail with absolutely no pressure. He was very accomodating to my schedule and we booked an appointment within a couple of days. Wil, the technician, came to my home, on time, with such professionalism and great customer service. He walked me through everything he would be doing. His work was impecabble. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He gave me tips on how to save money by sealing my ducts with tape. To my surprise he taped them up for me! I would highly recommend the team at Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning. 10* plus!!

    Duct Cleaning

    Dial One was recommended to me my a friend and neighbor. She was very satisfied with their work. I also was very satisfied. From the initial over-the-phone consultation through to the service I was impressed. Wil explained the process before he started, did a thorough job and was courteous and friendly. He even shoveled my driveway! I would highly recommend them in the future.
