The guy from Dial One was courteous, professional, and helpful. He showed me multiple tips on keeping the furnace/ventilation system running well. He cleaned up very well after all the work was done. They provide a good service and I would recommend them to others.

Joe and his team were professional, helpful, thorough, and neat. I was concerned about the smell of cigarettes that occurred when I turned on the fans, thanks to a former tenant who was a smoker. By the time they were done, the smell of smoke was gone and my ducts were sparkling. Four months later, it's still gone and the air quality in my unit is perfect.

Joe, from one "homestar" to another...Great work! Joe runs a first class operation. The people who owned the house prior to myself had about 4-5 cats. Needless to say there was enough cat hair in my furnace ducts to knit a few sweaters. Joe also took the time to go through with me what exactly he is doing and how it will actually benefit the air quatlity of the home. A little more than I expected! Thanks Joe! We hired Dial One to clean our new house for the first time. The staff we encountered on the phone and on the service day were both very helpful and took the time to explain the service. Will performed the service on the day. He started by explaining what the process involved. When we have questions, he took the time to explain (e.g. what does this tool do and why he is doing it.) Will also made sure he cleaned up after the service was completed. While on site, Will even pointed out some issues in my furnace room. We would refer this company in the future.

Great service and professional attitude provided when I had our ducts cleaned by Dial One. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs and we immediately noticed a difference in the home once we had our ducts clean. I would recommend their services to anyone out there especially those of you with lots of pets who get tired of vacuming constantly.

Duct cleaning: After reading several reviews I decided to go ahead with Dial one. It has been atleast 40 years since the ducts were ever cleaned so I thought it was time. They were very professional and didn't mind answering my questions. I was offered a filter installaion in exchange for writting a review but decided not to go that way. They showed me a sample of how my ducts looked and later mentioned that it was just accumulating dust in the duct works.(no obstructions). Thank-you for being professional!

I chose this company based on feedback on Homestars. I have NO complaints. I was very pleased with the service I received. very professional guys who knew what they were about.... I felt comfortable having them in my home. I was encouraged to call if I have any f/up questions and I appreciated that being a new homeowner who is still learning.
