    Less convenient booking

    Mostly easy to arrange. Very disappointed that enercare no longer provides on-line booking (If they do, I couldn't find it easily). It seems all the customer care is now overseas, which is also disappointing. However, the local workmen have always been pleasant & efficient and provide helpful feedback & advice.

    Furnace maintenance

    I have been using Enercare continuously for HVAC maintenance for many years with excellent results. There has be only be two occasions when the furnace has failed that wasn't caught by the service tech during an annual maintenance check. They came the same day because of the winter temperature with the right part and fixed the furnace that same day.

    Water tank

    Just wanted to share my gratitude.. for a few months now our hot water tank has been on the fritz. It chose when it wanted to work and for the last two days we had absolutely no hot water. Two cold showers later I called and booked a tech to come and assist. Norm was a life saver not only did he fix the problem he gave me a run through on what to look for in the future and and explained how it all works. As first time home owners we are so very thankful for his professionalism and assistance in making sure all was resolved. Thank you so much Norm!

    Furnace maintenance

    Great technician - very professional, courteous, exceptional service and showed up on time! He also called before he came to the house. Would definitely use Enercare again. Scheduled my appointment online which was very easy to do.

    Great work Enercare

    Annual Maintenance of Furnace and Fireplace

    Same Technician came previous years for Annual maintenance check-ups. Is ALWAYS prompt, VERY thorough, courteous & VERY knowledgeable. Always gives good advice on how to efficiently use and save on Hydro. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENERCARE PROGRAMS FOR PEACE OF MIND AND BIG SAVINGS. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE WHICH WE'VE HAD FOR 15 YEARS PLUS (previously Direct Energy). All costs are covered under Warranty plan, and is MUCH CHEAPER THAN EVER HAD UNDER SEARS WARRANTY PLANS.

    hotwater tank

    took several time to get this tank installed but in the end \klye and Casey were awesome the first technichians didnt know what they were doing but end the end \i am happy

    holding for help

    Called for discontinuation of a contract put on hold for 45 mins, gave up, called back later same story, no one answers and helps. Worst company ever. Don't get involved, can't get anything done.

    customer service non existent

    I had a furnace protection plan through enercare in 2015, which I did not renew the following year. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. When you call there you get different stories from each rep or no answer to your question at all. No one knows what they are doing or if they tell you they will do something, it doesn't happen. I have had the furnace protection plans recharged to my account every year. I have had to call, email office of the president to resolve all the charges, credits, billings, delayed billings, delayed credits. It is not a good experience. Do not agree to any protection plan from Enercare. You will be sorry.

    Yearly Furnace maintenance

    Yearly Furnace maintenance. Fast friendly service. Booking the appointment to having the serviceman arrive. Very professional. On time. Explained what was being done. Left me feeling comfortable letting this person into my house.
