I had a furnace protection plan through enercare in 2015, which I did not renew the following year. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. When you call there you get different stories from each rep or no answer to your question at all. No one knows what they are doing or if they tell you they will do something, it doesn't happen. I have had the furnace protection plans recharged to my account every year. I have had to call, email office of the president to resolve all the charges, credits, billings, delayed billings, delayed credits. It is not a good experience. Do not agree to any protection plan from Enercare. You will be sorry.
